Ordered ahead. After waiting several minutes, finally inquired about order. Then was the wrong order. Sent it back, they reused the cup, overfilled it so when they handed it to me, it spilled. Still not what I ordered. Again dumped out part of the coffee and added more ingredients. Then tried to give to another customer. Result was a less than desirable coffee. I felt bad for one of the workers. She looked confused the entire time I stood there waiting. The worker needs more training and the gentleman also could use some customer service training. The only one who had it together was the woman in charge of food.

We all know Dunks, don't we? If one really didn't know Dunks I would say the coffee is the best, hot coffee. There are plenty of Gen-X flavored coffees and other drinks, that are actually really good. I like the egg and cheese croissants, but there are a few other things in the menu food wise. No one goes to dunks for the food unless it's breakfast croissants, donuts etc.
