I went to Dunkin’ to order an iced Dunkin’ latte and four doughnuts, and the lady who took my order was very nice. She even gave me free doughnuts that I hadn’t ordered.

Today July 19th at around 2:15 pm I went to order myself a medium iced latte, there is this new worker I haven’t seen before she seems Asian from either India or Nepal, and I’m ordering and she starts interrupting me after I said “Sugar free hazelnut shots and..” and starts finishing my order??? I hadn’t even asked for anything else and she’s saying out loud “okay sugar and milk” and I’m like no not milk and then she starts saying that the latte needs to go with milk and I’m like I understand but I didn’t finish talking and you interrupted me I want almond milk, and then she starts giving me attitude and says “okay what do you want” I say “almond milk and also sugar free toasted almond shots” and then she says “so now you want more okay” and I’m like “Ma’am you don’t need to give me attitude you walked away and practically did an order I didn’t want and I asked for sugar free shots” and she was like “no you said sugar now I’m lying” I literally always have a good experience there and have been going there for years and she starts giving me attitude and saying I’m lying when she was the one who started making up an order and not letting me finish my order? So then I explain to her if I can order and then she says again “what do you want” and starts talking shit I’m assuming in her language because she starts speaking another language and talking to her self and nodding, first of all, I wasn’t being rude and I would take accountability if I did but I’m not that person to be rude for no reason, it’s so unprofessional how she treated me that I legit was shaking my voice when talking because I was so hurt that she was being rude to me for no reason.

I visited the store this afternoon to pick up my order. The staff were the friendliest I've ever encountered. They were kind and helpful, and the food was excellent. It was a very pleasant experience, and I think I'll be a regular customer from now on.
This in my opinion the best Dunkins Donuts in MA. Friendly staff, accuracy, solid coffee. Had a great experience here, would recommend over other Dunkins in the area. Please keep up the great work!
