I just got food from here today I got the chipotle bacon egg and cheese wraps and within an hour I was at home puking and pooping it all out please clean your work area better guys please this can be prevented I came and ate here with my 2 year old son and he has food poisoning as well

Last several visits, they stopped reading the customization options on mobile orders. Complained after the third time, and it's still an issue, so now I feel compelled to warn others. If you have an allergy, you're lactose intolerant, or even if you're just picky about food, I can't recommend this place. I might come back for a black coffee occasionally, but they're not food safe.

It’s was a such horrible experience The manager on this particular….. day. 08/30/2024 at 14:50 location ordem a coffe the machine mon function did no place the order!!! They did not bother ask for cash and denied the coffe…..
Every day my coffee is wrong but I just drink it but today it is un drinkable. How about stop talking to each other and pay attention to the order. I stop there every day mon thru Saturday today was last I will find new store

I've been going to this location for 9 years now! The workers are always friendly and good at their jobs. They always have what I'm looking for.
Kid-friendliness: It's a small building so if your kids like to run around and tend to get away from you, your always able to keep your eyes on them. They have a nice seated area with couches and plenty of regular seating along the windows of the restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp right outside the entrance, great for people with wheelchairs yes, but it also comes in handy when I need to bring my kids with me and push the stroller.

I don’t really expect anything more from Dunkin’s they always find a way to disappoint. Why would u throw the donut in the bag with the icing down that don’t make no sense be more courteous would you like it if someone served ur donut like this.

Food was fine and as expected of a Dunkin. However, I specifically chose "curbside delivery" because my toddler was in the car with me and would be a hassle to bring inside. I parked in the curbside delivery parking spot and waited 10 minutes, where at least 10-15 other people walked in, ordered their food, and left, before I decided to call the store. They did not answer. I decided I had to go in and ask about my order, toddler in tow. I saw my order, clear as day and marked for curbside delivery, just chillin' at the pick up area for mobile orders. Why offer suebside delivery if you don't, in fact, curbside deliver the food? Frustrated.
