I want to say that I never had a bad experience at this place. My coffee tastes great all the time and fresh donuts too. There's never long lines and yes there are a lot of cars sometimes on drive through. They're nice and friendly. At least for the midnight shift or the staff working around those hours they're great. Never had any issues.

Food was ok came in today dec 19th at 8:00 the gentleman with the glasses who was ringing and making the orders was very unprofessional and stared at me and my family while we sat and dined in and made things very uncomfortable…. will not be eating inside here again. Would rate zero if I could

It takes a lot for me to write a review. I come to this Dunkin specifically because it’s open 24/7 and I work overnights. The last time I placed a mobile order for walk in pick up on 11/16 at 10:17 PM. I arrived to the doors locked. There were people eating in the dining area and cars were being helped at the drive thru. I knocked on the door and was ignored. I called the store and was ignored. I could see my order placed in the walk in pick up section. I tried the back door and it was also locked. I checked the app to make sure the store hours hadn’t changed. Finally I had to walk up to the drive thru window and ask for my mobile walk in order. When I asked why the doors were locked they said that the store “closed at ten” and only does drive thru after that. I asked why there were other customers eating in there then, why they prepared my mobile order and placed it in the walk in pick up section, and why the app says 24/7 for walk in and drive thru. They then suddenly said they were actually 24/7 for both. I said why was the door locked then and she just kept saying sorry. No reason, no explanation.

This is the second severely negative experience I’ve had here, about a month ago three people were working shift together and the one who was supposed to be doing the cash register in store told me “the others would do it” then started yelling and walked off to do drive thru. No one took my order for ten minutes as I stood there asking hello? And they shouted at each other in another language. Finally the third person came and took my order and apologized.

I would never come back here if I had any other option for a 24/7 Dunkin on the way to work.

TO whom it may concern but iam upset the reason who's training this Drive thru people that takes the ORDERS GOING SO FAST OF TALKING AND BEING RUDE TO CUSTOMERS IAM TELLING YOU SEND SOMEBODY FROM CORPORATE TO INVESTGATE BECAUSE THATS HOW YOU DONT TAKE ORDERS IN A RUDE WAY SPECIFICALLY IN THE MORNING AND EVENING SHIFTS IS SCREWING THE IMAGE OF THIS DUNKIN PERIOD.

Stopped by to get a coffee and an avocado toast as I was in a hurry. I said good morning. I said thank you. I asked for some napkins because they gave me none. The guy at the window never said a single word to me. I don't think he even looked me in the eye.

They keep on messing up my order that i place through the app. Never get the order i pay for (always missing something or some item) Happened 4 times and finally I decided not to go to this location ever again. Hence leaving a review so other people can check their order before they leave. I gave them multiple opportunities to fix the issue and it’s clearly not getting anywhere. Good thing is there are multiple other dunkin locations

The shift manager a man of Middle East heritage refused to give me a bag after me politely asking him.I was with my 7 year old daughter. After me seeing him clock in he told me hes not working yet I said to him you just clocked in. The other employees were overworking themselves because they were short staffed and busy with the drive through he cared less. And I would consider myself a regular there.
