Stopped by to get a coffee and an avocado toast as I was in a hurry. I said good morning. I said thank you. I asked for some napkins because they gave me none. The guy at the window never said a single word to me. I don't think he even looked me in the eye.

They keep on messing up my order that i place through the app. Never get the order i pay for (always missing something or some item) Happened 4 times and finally I decided not to go to this location ever again. Hence leaving a review so other people can check their order before they leave. I gave them multiple opportunities to fix the issue and it’s clearly not getting anywhere. Good thing is there are multiple other dunkin locations

The shift manager a man of Middle East heritage refused to give me a bag after me politely asking him.I was with my 7 year old daughter. After me seeing him clock in he told me hes not working yet I said to him you just clocked in. The other employees were overworking themselves because they were short staffed and busy with the drive through he cared less. And I would consider myself a regular there.

I am so disappointed at Dunkin. Today I had a terrible experience when I left Popeyes (store next door) where a manager called Page of this Dunkin’s store was ridiculously rude and acted crazy because she couldn’t wait 2 seconds for me to move my car, argued with me and threw a Pepsi bottle at my car and she kept saying it multiple times that she was the manager as if that was helping her case. It wasn’t looking cute for her situation! I will never walk in there. I’ve never been there and after today I definitely won’t! Shame on you Dunkin’ Donuts for allowing this type of costume service!
