I am so disappointed at Dunkin. Today I had a terrible experience when I left Popeyes (store next door) where a manager called Page of this Dunkin’s store was ridiculously rude and acted crazy because she couldn’t wait 2 seconds for me to move my car, argued with me and threw a Pepsi bottle at my car and she kept saying it multiple times that she was the manager as if that was helping her case. It wasn’t looking cute for her situation! I will never walk in there. I’ve never been there and after today I definitely won’t! Shame on you Dunkin’ Donuts for allowing this type of costume service!

This Dunks has gone done hill..bought croissant stuffer on day..bagel another and wake up wraps..croissant and bagels are like rubber HORRIBLE!! wraps are hard around edges 😩 waste of my $$ and time..if I could give no stars I definitely would..they also have changed lids on coffee cups and they suck every sip I take it drips down the cup..ANYONE ELSE HAVE ANY PROBLEMS??

I went this morning to buy a coffee with milk but I think I misunderstood because what they gave me was water with milk.🤮
Last Week I encountered a woman at the window wearing glasses with short red hair working in the afternoon. She was such a bully and I've never seen something like this before in the dunkins I've been to. I've asked for a receipt and she rolled her eyes and started giving me attitude and said "the transaction has been over you can look at it in your bank account are you stupid?" I was shocked by the way she acted and I was lost for words and as I left she gave me the finger. I don't think she should continue working here and that was the worst customer service I've ever received. I will never go to that location again. Good job to whoever hired her.

Food was good., I ordered a complicated coffee order and was reading it in the way it was written by someone else, in which it started with syrups and not cream, the older lady had another woman (both not very well at English) and they both spoke to me with a demeaning tone when I didn’t put cream first because they didn’t understand and were confused. Really?..
