This miserable excuse for a worker, older woman, was extremely rude to me the entire time in the drive through. Couldn’t hear her at all, and after snarky remarks when I asked to repeat what she said, she wouldn’t reach her hand out the drive through window to hand me my drinks. I have kidney disease, and rotating the wrong way can cause a cramp, and I had to basically hop in the damn window to get my drinks. Absolutely terrible. Ruined my day. And she handed me a 5 layer drink. It takes 2 seconds to stir a drink, but her pettiness took over her minimum wage workload.

Awful experience at this location. The manager or shift supervisor not sure what her title is, was yelling at her staff. Absolutely rude and disrespectful to her staff, you can clearly tell it made everyone else standing waiting for their order uncomfortable. The nice girl who took my order was yelled at for getting it "wrong" although, it was right. I yelled, hey it's right. Management apologized in a condescending tone. Very distasteful. Treat your staff better.

The last couple of times I have come here they have undercooked my food. I stopped coming for a bit and then I tried it out again and again I was disappointed. My wraps were so cold it was disgusting. This was though drive thru. I understand they are busy in the morning and want to move the drive thru lane quickly but this is unacceptable

Love this dunks but my god this "server" was terrible. So condescending and rude. Clearly untrained or just too young to care. Thrusted my drinks that were made incorrectly at me and sneered to say, "YOU are supposed to ask for whipped cream" actually that's the SERVERS job when I'm in a DRIVE THRU WINDOW. It's an optional choice and should've been asked to have it or not, no assumptions should be made on the part of the employee but the costumer should have that say. Nearly dumped my drinks when handing them back to me after saying she wouldn't argue, yet didn't know her own job's requirements nor the products. Sad excuse of a worker. Ordered one coffee that’s regular coffee with skim milk, hazelnut taste and caramel as what I normally ordered on a Monday morning but it didn’t turn out as the taste at all but tasted pinkie or weird. I think they were careless about what they did and bad attitude too.
