Ordered 2 chicken parm subs today they were not edible they were dry burnt and definitely old leftovers that they put in the microwave. The guy next to us got the roast beef that was so well done too. Sadly we will not be going back for the prices they charge they should not be serving old food..

Aweful service at Frank & Nicks, waited 30 minutes before I had to ask if my order went through (3 whole pizzas and 2 turkey sandwiches). Watched multiple people and couples getting whole pizzas and sandwiches while they ordered after me. Had to ask again if my order was being made while I watched the guy making pizzas being sliced for individual slices and whole pizzas being made to go. Wanted a pizza with mushrooms on It. Although they have the specialty pizzas with mushrooms, they refused to make a whole pizza I was ordering with just mushrooms. I would have paid extra, and would completely understand if they didn’t have mushrooms on hand. They just flat out refused to put it on a custom ordered pizza.
