We ordered BBQ chicken wings with ranch but they gave us buffalo wings with blue cheese instead. When we went back to the counter to explain, staff insisted that the spicy buffalo wings were BBQ. It was clearly not what we ordered.
To make things worse, they charged for tap water and the tables were dirty. The whole experience felt careless and unpleasant. Definitely not worth the price or the hassle, especially inside a casino where you expect better service and cleanliness.

I ordered a pizza and a coke. After picking up my order, I asked the cashier if I could also get a cup of water. An extremely unfriendly female employee told me that water costs money, and a single cup was four dollars. That's insane! It wasn't even bottled mineral water. The service was terrible. I will never be a customer there again.

yes, staying at Encore. My wife went down. Ordered a sandwich for her. Ordered me a steak and cheese wanted mushrooms. They didn’t have Mushrooms so she said just cheese and steak brings it back to the room. It’s smothered and onions and peppers. I am allergic to onions. Bring it back down. The girl asked for the receipt, went up to room to get the receipt. Wife told me she threw it away. downstairs so I told the lady I do not have a receipt. Can I get some type of credit with my wife paid cash for she told me no she could only make me a new sandwich. I told her I didn’t have time. She said there was nothing they could do. I thought this was a respectful establishment plus the sandwich wait about 1000 pounds the bread was soggy with grease will never eat there again it will never even look at the place. I am so pissed rude rude rude.

I specifically went to the casino just for some cheese fries from shake shack, then realized that this place was next door and that I had never had pizza from there. So pizza is better than fries lol The pizza to me was amazing I love that they only cut it into fours so you'll always pretty much have a fresh pie coming out staff was great I mean it was like 2:30 in the morning and they were joking back with me and friendly. Please understand because it is in the casino it is going to be a little pricey it is $7 for a slice but that is $7 that I would pay again!

“Panini” sandwiches are not paninis at all. Sub roll was hard and dry. Meatballs flavorless and lacking sauce. Roast beef bland. Expensive for what you get. The French fries were surprisingly good though

I don’t understand how a fast casual restaurant in the year 2025 fails not only to list the items and prices of their full menu in plain sight, but also to have a print menu available with further details. Pepperoni pizza; French fries; an assortment of gelatos, cannolis, cakes, and multiple other items—all routinely available for ordering, yet suspiciously missing from a digital menu board AND from the menu on Frank And Nicks’ website. Why? Why can’t I find out ahead of ordering what a pepperoni pizza costs? It’s so fundamentally basic.
This is at a 5-Star resort. Do better. Please.

I would like to preface this with the food is great. They have an amazing variety of Italian foods that are good on the go. Anyway, the staff is alright; they always seem to have a stick up there, which is no problem. Except when they get your order wrong consistently. I asked for a turkey sub TO-GO with no mayo or oil, due to being allergic. All three times I've been there, they listened at the cash register but then proceeded to add MAYO AND OIL TO EAT THERE? LIKE WHAT??? HOW DO YOU MESS UP 3 TIMES AND NOT LISTEN???? THE FOOD IS GREAT, DON'T GET ME WRONG, BUT A LITERAL CHILD WOULD FOLLOW DIRECTIONS BETTER THAN THEM.
