Though not the Wynn in Las Vegas, Wynn Encore in Boston provided a Shin Lim level magical meal. The Ora King Salmon crudo provided a symphony of flavors and textures. Every savory bite boasted light flaky crunches of pickled scallions contrastimg with the fresh, sweet, decadent melt in your mouth salmon.

The Ora King Salmon main dish was not to be outdone. Pan seared to perfection, like opening a Christmas gift, the tasteful skin cracked to reveal the ordered medium rare decadent pink salmon. The elegance and refined artistry prevailed in this meal. The white bean puree was to be experienced not just consumed, because of the mastery preparation.

10 stars for service. Barry and Diego at the bar are incredible, plus the dining experience is top notch.

Had one of best steaks in my life. Japanese Wagyu was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were amazing too.

One of the best espresso martinis you can get! The Truffle Crusted Tuna was delicious and perfectly prepared. Also make sure to try the Chilean sea bass!

Extremely overrated. Food was ok you just expect more with all the hype. Been a few times rather go to rare.

The food was amazing—huge compliments to the chef! But the service left a lot to be desired. Having worked as a server, I know how much the way you’re treated affects the dining experience. My order was messed up, and then I had to pack my own food, which felt a little disappointing, especially after spending over $70 on an entrée. As much as I enjoyed the meal, the overall experience didn’t feel worth the price, so I’d probably go somewhere else next time.

We have eaten here before. And enjoyed it. This time ordered baked stuffed lobster. No claws no tail just the worse stuffing ever with 2 tiny pieces of lobster placed on top the size of half a dollar. This was over a hundred dollars. Also got lobster tempura. Didn’t taste like lobster on an ice cold shell. Don’t serve lobster if u don’t have any!!!

I had the truffle crusted tuna. Sounds amazing but a bit of a B- or C+. A little dry and I’ll be damned if I can taste truffle but a nice piece of tuna. The wilted spinach was cooked well and finally somewhere that actually gives you a little veg as a portion not a garnish. Give me a little seasoning though. The Japanese eggplant, lightly pickled was AMAZING. Maybe a bit more of that and a little soy or something with it? Not sure. Close but not quite.

The staff and atmosphere are great. Fun place. Will go again. Barry is a great bartender and his bar back Belter is a force of nature.
