I was so disappointed for the flavorless food. The place is beautiful, staff was great. Plus it’s in the casino so it was very convenient. I had been here before, and it wasn’t memorable as well. I just guess I had higher expectations for being inside of Encore. The shrimp was good, that was probably the best out of everything I had. I did not care for the Carbonara, the dessert I did not like it was more of texture thing.

I was really looking forward to celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday here, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. The pasta was very dry, and the waitress rushed us to order, which felt quite unpleasant. Our table was so close to the door that it almost felt like we were dining outside. Overall, it wasn’t the special experience I had hoped for, and I wouldn’t return if you’re looking to celebrate an important occasion. The waitress didn’t even ask what kind of dessert he would like to order; she just brought a random one.

This food was phenomenal. We ordered the sea bass, short rib and tuna for dinner. The manager Peter was so kind. We were there celebrating winning the Beanpot and he was so excited for our girls. We visit Biston often and this was truly one of our best meals! We will definitely be back.

We celebrated our engagement with friends on the Friday before Christmas. It started with drinks at the high top, which were perfect. I highly recommend the espresso martini. Peter, the GM, took excellent care of us and put us at a great round table which allowed our party to have great conversation. While the food was great, what really made it special was the service. Thank you Peter & Staff! Great job! Definitely the right place to celebrate special occasions

Food was decent, nothing special for the price. Upon being seated, a section under the table was not secured. It came down right on my wife’s leg. The waiter came over, and as he was trying to secure it, other side gave way and fell on her other leg. They moved us. Things happen, but I did not like the waiter’s response or comments about it. Nobody ever asked if she was okay. The thing was pretty heavy. The waiter lost my respect right off. Won’t be going back.
