The service is terrible. We waited 20 minutes for a seat. 30 minutes to be waited on. Requested a supervisor to explain how we were being treated and supervisor never showed. The worse service i have received in years. We sent our food back it came to us cold. Waiter did not even offer the desert menu. Would not recommend was not a respected patron at all.

I am VERY impressed with this restaurant. It’s not inexpensive, but it is worth it. We had the fruit plate, home made corned beef hash and the Elvis French toast. All three were amazing. I would definitely return to eat here again.

Love Encore but skip this restaurant! Every staff person met on this visit from casino floor staff to salon staff to chambermaids to staff in the other restaurants were outstanding with the exception of the Garden Cafe. Terrible unfriendly service. Terrible food. How can you wreck an omelette? By overcooking it and then serving it cold. Cappucino/latte machine not working. In a breakfast place. Black tea was weak after steeping for 10 minutes. Asked for second tea bag - had to charge me for another cup of tea. So $45 before tip ($55 with tip) for a terrible omelette and one strong cup of black tea served by someone who didn’t seem to be too thrilled with his job. Encore can do better than this.

We dined there our first time and let me tell you it was fantastic. They sat us right next to the view of the gorgeous lobby with carasoul. The food was amazing, our experience was 10/10. If you stay at Encore Garden Cafe is MUST try!! P.s they even have a little chair for my purse, it was the cuties thing ever!Parking: Free valet!! Even thou it was free we always tip. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

We had a beautiful view for breakfast. The menu was a bit pricy for breakfast, in my opinion, with limited choices. My husband is allergic to eggs, so we found it difficult to find something for him to eat. The portion to price was not appealing. The service was amazing, but a little too over the top for us.

When first started going there after staying the night, food seems to be going downhill as are the wait time to receive food alot of times not hot.. Starting to figure out which items are good and what items are not.. ambiance is great, calming and relaxing.
Ambience was really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good. Definitely want to come back!

Went in for breakfast. My husband and I both asked for our eggs over easy. Orders came out both orders eggs were done hard. Told the server and he said he would bring out new eggs. Bacon was also slightly burnt. After he dropped out new eggs off did not check on us once. After waiting 15 minutes for check, had to ask for it. Did not realize until I got home , but was charged $6 for one of the orders of new eggs that came out. Also thought juice was $7. But was charged $11 for large juices. Was not even asked what size. Food and portions not great for the price you are paying. Bill was $82 before tip. My dinner was cheaper and much better prior night at on Deck. Save yourself some money and go to Dunks.

But the front desk lady didn't look too interested in her job! Maybe better attitude adjustment! Then we finally got seated by this female who just dropped of our menu and never came back to bring us water after 15-20min of us sitting there! I got up and just left!
