Be cautious using your card here. I’ve had two separate incidents where I gave my credit card information over the phone, and both times I ended up with fraudulent charges shortly after. I would strongly recommend using cash only at this restaurant.

Food is very good when there's no rush! I wish they did Doordash or Uber but their fried rice is the best around the area!!! Love a fried rice with a good amount of veggies especially bean sprouts!! It's hard to find a good Chinese food spot with fried rice with flavor nowadays especially delivery wise. But for Howins flavor I'll make the drive!!

I always come here for the salt and pepper chicken wings. I asked for them well done twice woman said ok. Literally was throwing up violently for two days. I went on Sunday night 10/6 . This is what my wing looked like on the inside I will never return here.

Decided to stop there today, (9-30) out of the blue for my buddies 60th birthday. He needs a "suffering bastard" drink. My thing.. So we had that egg roll then we had a zombie,
But because it was his birthday, The gorgeous bartender lady, set up a whole bunch of shots in front of us... Unbeknownst to us as we're sitting at this gong starts going off, we both look each other like what the heck.. . Then happy birthday please as she's putting down shots in front of every person in the bar.
HO WIN PALACE . Where everybody wins! . They actually bought out tiki Island in Medford.
. I just really thought that was the coolest thing!
