I ordered a Famous bowl. Don't know why there were only four pieces of chicken and a spoonful of corn and a full tub of mashed potatoes.
If those are the new standards for portions, just take it of the menu and close the stores.

They are rude when you ordering at the drive thru telling them to hold on and they keep rushing you like seriously it’s the first time I hear them telling us that they are timed to be taking orders I’ve never heard that in my life. If that’s the case every fast food should be timed smh THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

We ordered a 16 piece meal original without wings. When we got home and tried a piece of chicken, we found it was the spicy chicken! Not for us..we aren't spicy people. We drove back with chicken and our receipt and they exchanged it for the correct chicken. They were kind and apologized so we were happy. The worst part was just driving all the way back there do do the exchange when all we wanted to do was eat and watch the World Series.

Popeyes is usually my second choice as they are always inconsistent in quality. Consistenty somehow greasy, dry, and breading that doesn't stick for as long as it takes to pick up out of the box will send me across the street every time

It’s the fact that the person taking you order is so busy trying to do ten other things she ends up getting your order wrong .. so you have to triple check your bag and.: when you do .. because you will… you will be missing items.. the Spanish guard male/ manager.. bodyguard that stood there..: the first time doing nothing .. seemed to be more upset I was trying to get all of my items.. I paid 67 dollars (mind you it was 2 kids meals and two adult Meals) for because ….HE HAD A LINE!! Sir my items are missing .. food was straight spicy chicken is more crisp.. regular chicken is soggy rather than crispy .. oh and in my four piece I received a chicken the size of two quarters .. I showed them and they said it’s A WING…. mind you consider the price for this… GO TO RAISING CANES.. worth the price.. hell even chickiflla..

Service is a joke. ESPECIALLY the guy who is walking around back there dressed in all black- I pray bro ain’t a manager or supervisor cuz he ain’t doing ishh to help his staff. I’ve literally been here 13 minutes to pick up 2 orders and I’m watching this lil guy stand at the drive thru window but no cars. Give the girls working the counter a raise. Cuz they the only ones working at this store 💯

What a joke! We ordered a 16 piece meal asked for 4 breasts and the rest thighs! They said they didn't have enough thighs. They could have given him the option of the up charge for breasts. Instead they give him Non edible " wings" shown next to a thigh! What's that your now frying SCRAP BONES! There used to be pride in service! With all the other options to eat in the city, I'm no longer wasting my money on non edible garbage! Shameful! The place has gone down hill in the past 4 years! If I could give less than I star I would! What a total failure! What a waste of $$ greasy and funky old tasting $53.49 in the trash! I really hope the few bites we al took does not make my family sick! My husband is not feeling well already!
