NEVER order through UberEats from this place!!!! I ordered, then the first "driver" was on a bicycle had walked in and stole my food, canceled, and then I got transferred to another driver. The restaurant refused to make another order for me, and refused to answer my phone calls. Luckily, I got a refund. Unfortunately, I spent a whole hour waiting for my food, and another hour talking with the uber driver and trying to get the workers to remake my food. These workers need to be vigilant so that this doesn't happen again to someone else, or this KFC location needs to hire some new employees! Terrible customer service!

The food is uncooked but anything else it’s good the food is actually so
They always mess up orders and they also don’t make sure the Uber eats drivers are actually the correct people picking up take out orders. I don’t think I’ve ever had a single experience with this place where things went the way they were suppose to in any capacity.

I placed an order for pickup on Monday, October 23rd 2023 at 3:39pm. When I arrived I went to the drive thru, as no parking was available in the lot. The lady at the window refused to give me my food thru the window, telling me I had to park and come inside. This food was already paid for, and "drive-thru" was selected on my order, this was just sheer laziness.At this point I left the property without my food, and filed a refund request with KFC online, rather than deal with the exteme level of incompetence at thie location.Just avoid this one, KFC makes some delicous food but this location is just trash.

It was OK, the wait wasn't too long, location is in a weird place, similar to a gas station, they also have a drive thru. Though I was picking up for Uber Eats order. Parking looks limited too.
