Im brazilian and love finding new Brazilian spots to try out, this place left extremely disappointed with the entire experience. Customer service is lacking to the highest degree. My food was made incorrectly at complete fault of their own, they refused to fix it, give me a refund, credit/ discount anything. Again, I placed my orderly correctly was given something else and the woman kept saying she understands but there’s nothing she can do because her manager won’t allow it. Went in person to return it and hopefully speak to the manager only for their to be no manager to speak to. And just imagine someone being super condescending when your just trying to get the food you asked for. Never got to try it so can’t say much on the taste but the other reviews speak for themselves. Losing business over $10 is really pathetic on their end

Terrible service, the telephone attendant is rude, rude, and when you go to pick up your order things don't change, it feels like they are doing you a favor! I have been a customer for a few years, but I am also disappointed with the quality of the products that have failed.

Terrible phone service. Ordering a pizza and it had bad dry ground chicken and the pizza had no cheese. If you're in the mood for a real Brazilian pizza, I recommend you look elsewhere, it doesn't come close to a real Brazilian pizza.

Am to let me know that my order arrived, they left it at the door and I only found out because I called there to ask after 20 minutes, I had to throw it away because it was filled with ants, I will never buy there again

well, I just wanna say if you plan on eating two hours after you place your delivery Order that’s what this restaurant has to offer you. horrible customer service when you call, And when you call to see if they can give an estimate when the driver is coming, They say I don’t know. I’m not driving. He’ll be there soon and he arrives two hours after the expected delivery. ridiculous just ridiculous

Delay time of 2 hours and 10 minutes, poor service, it took me 1 year to complain, but you are the worst, you don't make any effort to resolve the customer's problem. They bring the wrong order and don't have the decency to change it, the broths are all clumped together as if it were the remains of days. I'm sorry but today I reached my limit with your stupid work.
