I went to this restaurant yesterday and got chicken and beef chapli kebab and it was really good. By the way the response from the owner to the one star review is very badass I say do what ever it takes to protect your business these desi people you will never be able to satisfy them if you make the best Pakistani food in the world they will always have something to complain about.
There is 18% service charge which is automatic. I am ok with that as you can skip the tip then. My only suggestion is that the brother is doing it without telling and it can make his whole earning HARAM. He can do it but should display everywhere in the restaurant that he will charge 18% service charge and remove the tips box from the cashier counter. Otherwise I fear as his whole business might be unlawful in the according to Islam.
This place has likely the best Desi Pakistani breakfast brunch in the Boston area. Their Halwa Puri, Aloo, Lahori Channa, Mutton Paya and Beef Nihari are delicious. Combine that with sweet lassi or Warm Chai and you got a complete feast for your tastebuds. At times, I had mixed experience as well with food. But with dearth of good Desi restaurants in the region, this place stands out.
