I passed by pupusas and the horrible service when my pupusas were there they just put them at the window without even saying it's your order or anything the simple horrible taste and this they were beans with cheese and they didn't taste like anything so I left and left the food half done and the coffee seems more like water than terrible coffee

Great small restaurant. Excellent food. Worth going out of your way. All the food was fresh, hot, well prepared, and tasted homemade. We watched the chef make the pupusas by hand. The steak burrito got better with every bite. Lengua tacos were outstanding. Even the horchata tasted like it was made by hand. Can’t wait to go back!

The guac was so good I asked for a container of it to go!
I’m from New York where the street food is excellent I was visiting and wanted something other than American faire and Maria’s did not disappoint! The pupusas were hot, the steak is seasoned perfectly the fajitas made my mouth water. There is a a great selection of food and the staff is so nice. There are only three tables so to go it the ideal way to eat but I was lucky enough to be able to eat in I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Best food with the best prices the steak tacos are something to die so aren’t the papusas I mix n match from the menu but it a very small restaurant easier for take out I do say be patient with them bc they mostly speak Spanish but they are super friendly and do the best and

The shrimp burrito is the BEST AROUND in the Northshore area, food was fresh and had a lot of flavor in the burrito. Pupusas are amazing and fresh.
