One of the wrost Mc Donald’s i ever visit at 3am treid to get food from this restaurant. But this time they have only drive thru option available but i was on my big truck and not able to get through the drive. I tell cashier lady i can pay here and give me food please. She said we have only drive throgh option available. If you don’t have cat we cannot serve you. One of the cheapest customer service i see today at this mc Donald s.

Edit:after dealing with store customer service and it being a nightmare I contacted the Brewster company that operates this franchise. Brian reached out to me and offered a comp meal. If you have an issue I highly recommend reaching out to the phone number by the front desk if those working refuse to make it right.

My original issue:

Jan 14th 2025 placed a mobile order for drive through, picked it up and rushed home for a meeting. Found out from my wife that they missed two medium fries and two apple pies.

Threw in a ticket on the app which even has a category of support for missing food items. Explained the situation. Next day get an email back "we have forwarded this along to the store, you have to go there for a refund."

Next day I go to the store, explain the situation. I tell them i'm open to a refund or an equivalent credit for something (because i'm not going to pig out on two orders of fries and two apple pies.) 30 minutes of back and forth and the two "managers" calling the "store manager" and they come back and tell me they won't provide a refund or equivalent credit. We're talking like $8 equivalent or less here... why such a nightmare?

This store is operated by the Brewster Co. I left a voicemail on the brewster co phone line that is posted at the register.

I ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers and they only gave me one and the other one didn't have double meat, I asked for what I had ordered and they gave me the same box and told me they had double meated. The girl who served me made fun of my complaint, and was very impolite

I order it online and they gave me greasy fries, all made in used oil, probably
two weeks old oil. Since when is mc donalds saving oil and giving us greasy toxic fries?

I worked here 1 day. The review is my own. Mcdonalds has nothing to do with me or my opinion.

What I saw in my 1 day is: customers men/women who are my father's age throwing tantrums like they are 4 years old. People wanting freebies because they said you made it wrong (basically any excuse to get it free). How do yall expect this place to run with that many folks doing this daily??! Then yall will be mad if it shuts down. Thats exactly what happens when everything is free and theres no income. Anyways, a bunch of stank attitudes from customers in the night shift who wouldn't last behind the counter. It's not easy at all to stay employed with rude buttholes like yall. I was minutes in getting death stares and I was SMILING! Who raised yall?? They are paying minimum wage to employees who have to do multiple jobs at once. When they are not at the front counter they are still working an extra job. Cooking your food/ prepping drinks...hello think.

There's 1 guy at night taking 2 drive thru orders as fast as humanly possible and payments. Some folks lack common sense and get mad if you don't take their order in seconds of them stopping at a speaker. If someone isn't speaking it's because they are taking another order. You are on camera, they see you. CHILL.

The employees who I met are so HUMBLE! They deserve better. Stop complaining and giving people 1 star reviews because you have no clue what they go through. I wrote this so people are educated. I didn't have to write this review but wrong is wrong. I don't care if it's the restaurants culture to go above and beyond for customer. I cant get fired since I'm not employed. It's not okay for no one to check rude customers and I'll be that person!

May this review help others show COMPASSION for a fellow brother or sister in all locations. Alot of their workers are young and they are the future of our country. Be kind please.

Update: I was there for 1 hour and about 20 minutes not 1 full day before I spoke with management and left.

Fue a comprar una número 9 breakfast and the meat was not cooked good I took out the meat out to be able to eat the sandwich because the meat was cold .
