Update: 12/4/2025: 3:30 AM, no food, just drinks. I tried ordering a Hash Brown and none available. So how can you have a Meal without Hash Browns? There goes my morning!

The experience at this McDonald’s has become completely unacceptable. A large hot coffee with milk and sugar should not be a problem, yet at this location, it almost always is.
I usually stop by early in the morning, between 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., using the drive-thru, since this McDonald’s operates 24/7. That makes it even more frustrating that at those hours—when there are no customers and the place is completely empty—they still take an excessive amount of time just to prepare a coffee.
Today, November 20, 2025, was definitely the last straw. Once again, it took an unreasonable amount of time to prepare something as simple as a hot coffee with milk and sugar. What’s even more concerning is that this is not an isolated incident. On multiple occasions, they have taken far too long, even when there is not a single car ahead of me.
I fully understand that delays can happen during busy hours or when there are customers. But this location tends to be slower when there is no one at all, which makes absolutely no sense from a professional standpoint.
This repeated pattern shows poor organization, lack of efficiency, and no sense of urgency. As a frequent customer, I feel frustrated, dissatisfied, and disappointed. The level of service here is far below the standard that McDonald’s is expected to provide.
I sincerely hope management takes serious action to correct these issues, because in its current state, this location falls short in every way.

This McDonalds is way bigger than others and it has an elevator and stairs for more dining it is closed after 10pm and they still have a touch pad for the kids or adults ! The chairs are actually comfortable un like the others! They also have a T.V

Waited in the drive thru stuck for literally 14 minutes, they should have told the problem customer to pull around so the rest of us could get our food, so then when we got our food and got back to the hotel, it was obviously cold. WASTE OF $20. The Owner should contact me for a refund!

Worse mc donalds no paper towel soda machine is inside it feels like you are in a third world country I stoped by today and the refused to hive me a refill never heard of this
Today, Monday, October 20th. It was super awful. I arrived to pick up an order and they just ignored me. More customers arrived and they didn't answer me when I asked the people who were there that day. They were really bad, they were angry and in a very bad mood.
