The food was good as was the service but it was overpriced
?️ Food Review: On Deck Sports Bar at Encore Casino, Everett, MA ?
? Overview: On Deck is your quintessential sports bar with a stunning view over the casino floor, offering a vibrant atmosphere for game day. If you’re looking for the ‘wow’ factor while enjoying some classic bar food, this spot has you covered.
? Jumbo Pretzel ($22) This giant soft pretzel, served with jalapeño cheese sauce and stadium mustard, truly lives up to its name in size. I just wished the cheese sauce had more flavor! Rating: 7/10
? Buffalo Chicken Dip ($20) A favorite of Julian Edelman? Maybe, but this dip with slow-roasted shredded chicken in buffalo sauce didn’t pack the punch we expected. It’s decent but could use a lot more buffalo zing. ? Rating: 6/10
?️ Dynasty Flight ($35) A delightful assortment of mini classics: Lobster Roll, Philly Cheesesteak, Pastrami Reuben, Beef Slider, and Buffalo Chicken. The variety is commendable and the presentation, stunning. Favorites included the Buffalo Chicken and Beef Slider. Rating: 8/10
? Bruin Burger ($24) An excellent choice with applewood smoked bacon, onion jam, crispy onions, and crumbled blue cheese on a brioche bun. Definitely a touchdown! ?? Rating: 7/10
? Taco Salad ($26) A massive crispy flour tortilla bowl filled with adobo chicken, queso, and all the fixings. It’s as big in flavor as it is in size! ? Rating: 8/10
? Fish and Chips ($25) While the fish may not have been a standout, the perfectly cooked seashore seasoned fries made up for it. ?? Rating: 7/10
? Dom’s Grilled Steak Tips ($39) Scrumptious steak tips paired with rosemary butter and French onion gravy, although the scallion mashed potatoes were slightly off. The meat was the star here. ?? Rating: 8/10
? Dessert Delights:
Sticky Toffee Pudding ($15): A decadent treat with caramel ice cream and candied pecans. It’s undervalued and absolutely delicious! ? Rating: 9/10
Chocolate Trilogy Cake ($15): A beautiful and rich dessert for chocolate lovers. ? Rating: 7/10
Waffle Bowl Sundae ($14): A playful and indulgent treat perfect for football season. ?? Rating: 7/10
? Final Thoughts: If you need some excitement and are ready to watch the big game, On Deck at Encore is the place to be. It’s the ideal spot for both sports and bar food, although your wallet might feel the pinch typical of casino pricing.

I ordered an absolute pear martini and received it in a coup glass which was half full or empty…I questioned the bartender as to why it was only half full and he said it was the size of the glass….I don’t mind paying $17 for a cocktail but please fill it or change the glass to a traditional martini glass…I feel as though I was ripped off …We were going to have dinner and changed our minds ….Went somewhere else and they filled their glass to the rim…

Top marks for the atmosphere, located above the escalator and, depending where you sit, a panoramic view of the slot machine floor (if that's your thing).
The food is meh. I've had better. It's okay.
The service is horrible. I've been here twice and the staff have been bad each time. I don't care about less staff, because that's expected everywhere. Rather, they aren't friendly and do the minimum. I mean, I sat at the bar tonight and asked for a water and she gave it to me in a small cocktail glass. I had to ask for it in a taller pint glass. Then when my food came, they never asked me how it was.
Compare this restaurant with others in the casino, and the staff leave a bad taste in my mouth.

My experience at On Deck was exceptional. The Caesar salad with grilled chicken, Bruin burger, and fried cauliflower appetizer I ordered were all delicious, but the fried cauliflower stood out for its unique sweetness, crispiness, and freshness. Our server was also very attentive and professional.

I wish I had read reviews before bothering to go to On Deck. It was a terrible experience. I have never ever been to a restaurant that had a broken oven!! I couldn’t order anything I wanted. Ended up with a very over priced mediocre salad. My friend ordered haddock and fries. Came with two small pieces of fried fish. There was almost no fish and I mean no fish but a lot of batter when we spoke with the waiter he actually smiled and never addressed the issue. Never again!!
Signed, Very Very disappointed

Food lousy to be an “upscale” restaurant. Overpriced tailgate food. Buffalo dip comes with Tostitos nacho chips. Not corn tortilla. Lacks a lot of flavor. Cauliflower soggy, but sauce is delicious. $100 bill for lackluster food.

Being in a casino the prices are out of touch with reality which is to be expected. . A $42 lobster roll, which should be quite large is really small and pretty tasteless. It is served in a small toasted hot dog roll. The fried fish was ok, but the batter is way too thick which took away from the flavor of the fish. The clam chowder is one of the few menu choices that is delicious. I've tried many of the entrees which are mediocre and overpriced. I highly recommend the sticky toffee desert. It is delicious, but also way overpriced. The servers are very friendly and do a good job.

I was out on my 21st birthday first time ever going out with my family. It was a family dinner the waiter Victor after dinner slipped me his number on a piece of paper. He gave me his number behind my parents back trying to be sneaky about it. I am disgusted and disappointed. I was out with my family dinner. He gave me his number after taking about his wonderful wife. I feel bad for her because he would clearly cheat on her with a just turned 21 year old. I also forgot to mention while singing happy birthday Victor put whipped cream on my nose. I now realize he was not joking he was being sexual in a discrete way. This is inappropriate behavior for a family dinner. I’m super disappointed with Victor’s performance.

Female bartender was super rude. Today (5/8) at 1:30pm. I won't be back
I came to the on deck restaurant and had clam chowder and potato wedges. The potato wedges was really crispy, I wasn't fond of them but that clam child
