This Panera goes above above and beyond beyond. Props to Jill the manager for making my order right after grubhub screwed it up; she saved me and my sister from misery when we had the flu. Panera is now officially my favorite chain.

This is the worst Panera Bread. Multiple times came here to get orders basically a salad and soup. The cashiers and manager. One of the managers yelled at me because she didn't know how to get the order right and complained that according to her my girlfriend and I are deemed as troublemakers because we want to order the way we want it. I spoke to the other manager Henry and he took care of it but I also went to corporate and father complaint also. This is not the first time this has happened and according to the manager over there he said the other manager has been like this all this week. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Even take into account she was having a bad day this was very rude and unprofessional and unsatisfactory

Ordered autumn squash soup with Mediterranean veggie sandwich…amazing combo…great taste and soup was hot!! Definitely recommend this meal for 1 person.

Decided to try this Panera location in Everett after a long afternoon shopping throughout the shopping center this Panera is located. The staff was very friendly and our order was prepared as requested. It’s your typical Panera so overall no complaints. Our food tasted fresh and we didn’t have an issue with the temperature of our order.
Overall this is a good Panera location so we will keep this place in mind next time we need to grab a quick bite after we finish shopping.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE PANERA I'VE VISITED IN OVER 30 -40 LOCATIONS. Food Portion smaller than normal. Restaurant dirty. Seats ----I wiped the seat with a napkin and the napkin was black which most likely means no wet towel wiping occurs only blowing away food. The broccoli and cheddar and the proportion was unbelievably small, and the soup was not very hot. The Raspberry drink was watered-down and very very weak. i bet this will be on a closure list soon.

Order was correct and ready fairly quickly. Only negative was the wait to order from the terminal because 2 of the 4 were broken.
I just paid almost $19 for two bowls of chicken noodle soup togo. Between both bowls, It was nothing but broth with a couple of crumbs of chicken, three small pieces of carrots and five little noodles!!!!! I am through with Panera Bread!!!!

Check your food before you leave if you’re getting take out. This was the worst order I’ve ever received from Panera in my life. The kitchen staff in this location are cowboys. Panera corporate put it right, and compo’d me for this mess, but it doesn’t take away from the fact that I still wanted a decent meal. This location should be shut down, it’s an embarrassment. Literally, go to ANY other panera in Boston. For reference, this is what it should’ve looked like, with extra onion and this is what I received. The mac and cheese was dry too, like they forgot the sauce.
