THE ABSOLUTE WORSE PANERA I'VE VISITED IN OVER 30 -40 LOCATIONS. Food Portion smaller than normal. Restaurant dirty. Seats ----I wiped the seat with a napkin and the napkin was black which most likely means no wet towel wiping occurs only blowing away food. The broccoli and cheddar and the proportion was unbelievably small, and the soup was not very hot. The Raspberry drink was watered-down and very very weak. i bet this will be on a closure list soon.

I just paid almost $19 for two bowls of chicken noodle soup togo. Between both bowls, It was nothing but broth with a couple of crumbs of chicken, three small pieces of carrots and five little noodles!!!!! I am through with Panera Bread!!!!

Check your food before you leave if you’re getting take out. This was the worst order I’ve ever received from Panera in my life. The kitchen staff in this location are cowboys. Panera corporate put it right, and compo’d me for this mess, but it doesn’t take away from the fact that I still wanted a decent meal. This location should be shut down, it’s an embarrassment. Literally, go to ANY other panera in Boston. For reference, this is what it should’ve looked like, with extra onion and this is what I received. The mac and cheese was dry too, like they forgot the sauce.

Person taking our prder got 2/3 items wrong. Wish I'd asked for my receipt, so that I could specifically say the cashier and get the money she overcharged me back. Instead I spent $2 extra for my drink and had an inedible meal (dietary reasons, my husband at the egg but was like "where's the yolk?!?"). If you go here, just order at the kiosk. Humans are overrated and unreliable.

I was here the other day, I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. I was called up and the order was wrong, I went to ask the cashier if maybe I had ordered the wrong thing and she said no she apologized and said they probably messed up she was going to tell kitchen to remake. I sit and wait after 15 mnts I get up and ask and she forgot to tell them. I get told by a manager that they got the order wiring bc they were out of croissants, (I originally had ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and got a bagel with just egg) after waiting about for 15 mnts for my original order I wait another 15 for the sandwich they messed up just for them to tell me they had run out of croissants ? It seemed to me like nobody there knew what they were doing, I Love Panera but this just makes me not want to be there again.

This is not a real Panera bread you can tell by the other businesses in the strip with the furniture store mattress store the barber shop the Chuck e cheese all these businesses that get no customers that this is a criminal organization and that this entire strip is dedicated to laundering drug money and human trafficking. If you have half a brain and care about America Justice right and wrong... Please I beg of you do not shop at any of these businesses in this trip especially the Panera

I enjoy eating at Panera Bread with my partner because I found this place to be so quiet and the best thing is their food is delicious two combination that got my attention.The atmosphere was cozy, the temperature was pleasant, the music was at a moderate volume, the lighting was almost perfect to enjoy the place and stay reading for hours. There were no internal noises that would distract my attention from what I was trying to do.
Parking: The parking was very easy near to the restaurant I did not have to pay anything.

Terrible experience! Very tricky menu board and very rude manager . We had never been to Panera before and didn't understand the "Pick 2" pricing. My husband ordered a half Caprese sandwich but Felix the associate who took the order and our payment did not ask what my husband wanted for the second (choice) "pick". We thought that 1/2 sandwich was $7.59 but were charged $8.99. Nowhere is it posted that a half of a Caprese sandwich is $8.99. THe whole sandwich is $11.49 - who would be stupid enough to buy a half when for $2.50 more you get a whole one??? I asked the manager, whose name is Jillian Horgan, about this and she said we can't explain things to every customer. She said you saw the price and you paid it. We didn't look at the screen closely when it was rung up - who does that???I asked her to comp the sandwich, she refused. I asked then if we could get another half sandwich and pay the additional $2.45 to make the $11.49 the whole sandwich would have cost but she refused. I asked her to write down her name on a Panera business card, but then she asked me for my name!!! I of course refused. Then she talking about me to other customers or associates calliing me rude and aggressive. Yes I was upset but I didn't use profanity or personal insults, etc. My husband and I both lost our appetites and left our order on the table uneaten except for a few bites. $22.73 plus a $2 cash tip wasted. We'll never go to Panera again.
