Their sweet bread (pao dulce?) has a soak that is AMAZING! Next level! The pao de queixo is as good as any in this beautiful Brazilian-American neighborhood. My wife had the acai bowl and a chicken-filled bread that were both wonderful. And such friendly service! Even we, who don't speak Portuguese and ask way too many questions, were made to feel welcome. We will be back for pasteles!

The person making the snack should pay more attention, the second time I order x-bacon and they send the snack without the bacon. If I wanted a burger, I would order a burger.

I've never been to a place as dirty as this one, it's rubbish, it's embarrassing, because in Brazilians we're clean, the table was dirtier than the grease floor, the napkin holders had been a year since I'd seen a cloth rated 0, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone to go horrible.

Everything is delicious, but the casserole I bought has a lot of dough and almost no filling, it's just a criticism to improve.

Come on, my experience with this bakery has been terrible since I came to live in Everett! The food is relatively good but you need to improve on many important things such as the servers paying more attention to the orders of those who arrive first, not once did they deliver orders to people who arrived after me! And all these times the orders were EXCHANGED! I gave up on going to buy directly at the register and decided to call ahead to try to speed things up and whoever answers the phone never knows the price of anything!!! Your menu available (by photo) on the internet is not updated and you never change it because no one says anything! As if that wasn't enough, the last time I called, I asked the price of a simple X-salad, the girl said she didn't know and that she was going to look at the cash register, she left me waiting on the line for 8 minutes and didn't get back to me and on top of that, she hung up the phone in my face! This is no way to serve anyone! You guys are terrible at customer service, forgive me! I'm much more fond of Santana's, which always serves well and has NEVER made a mistake with my order!!!
