Food is good here but they just take too long to get stuff done. Need a better staff!

I give up eating pastel here in the US ages ago. Lots of good Brazilian food here, but pastel is something that people just cant get it right. Usually the dough is all wrong and is poorly fried.Today my husband convince me trying this place, since they call themselves "Pastelaria" and is not something general like dinner or restaurant. And they have a lot pastel options, so we're hopeful that it might not be good like it is in Brazil, but wouldn't be bad. And it was terrible! I'm so sorry. But it was awful. I never take food back to the kitchen, I think thats so disrespectful, but today I almost did that. But we end up staying quiet and trying to eat the piece that we're not so damaged by oil. Pastel is a deep fried food, so of course is oily. But our was insane! So much oil!

I insisted on going to this pastry shop because I justified to myself that I was unlucky that day, unfortunately the service today was horrible, an arrogant girl with no patience and seems to be working for free, the travel pastry wasn't just meat as it came, and Not to mention the pastry dripping with oil, the dough is not even HEAVY to comment on.I will give 1 star because there is no option for 0

Curiosidade

The prices are not low, and they don't have a variety of food products, unfortunately I didn't have much luck with my order, I ordered one rolled with cheese and corn, and by the way it was sour, the dough had no flavor at all, with just one bite I threw it in the trash. The employees work halfheartedly, without enthusiasm. The place is good, but it needs some adjustments and care regarding food.

Being able to find some Brazilian flavors, such as carrot cake with chocolate icing, sachets, and pastries with traditional flavors.

QUER PASSAR MAL? .... É SÓ COMER AQUI.Most of their ready to eat food is old and will get you sick. There are way better Brazilian bakeries in the area that serve actual fresh eats..

Made to order pastel! Also great coxinha! And the best acai bowl in town!Edit: The girl that works the register with red hair needs to read this. She always has a bad face on, never says Thank you. I tipped her anyway because she must be very sad. Everyone else is friendly.

I've noticed for a while that the snacks are not made by Brazilians. The dough is Colombian pastel, hard and dry. I'll get another Brazilian bakery.

The sweet and savory are always old and expired. I was never able to get a fresh one.. now I've given up, I'd rather go further, but with quality.

Pastels are good but the service is so bad... these girls would rather be anywhere else...and it makes you question why.

25 minutes waiting for a pastel… I went to check and question the delay and was poorly attended.
