There customer service is horrible I got my pizza stolen from one of there employees and they would t refund me or get me a new pizza I can’t believe this … wow this has never happened to me Eva In my life before where they allow there employees to steal our pizza and not get a refund back

Ordered delivery on their app yesterday. It took an hour and 22 minutes exactly to arrive. The shop is just a bit over half a mile away. No update in the food or delivery status regarding the delay. The food was cold, my wings were soggy and the breadsticks were an unholy brick of carbs and cheese.
Called their shop and got put on hold forever only to find out they don’t know why there is such a holdup, because they depend on third party drivers.
All I know is I spent 50$+ and received terrible service and goods. Might as well stock up on frozen pizza from stop and shop, the food will be way cheaper, timely, and taste about the same.
(They also forgot to give me the one of the dips I paid extra for, so that was fun.)

A horrible experience. I ordered through Uber Eats. The first time I waited two hours and it never arrived. Today I ordered for my son's birthday and the pepperoni arrived burnt and smelled awful—disgusting.

A very bad place. I came to place an order and the wait was too long. I asked why they were taking so long and they said it was because there were only 2 people in the kitchen and 1 serving in front. It was really bad. I waited for more than half an hour It's not the first time it happens

Bad experience. I ordered a large pizza and it arrived horrible. It was raw, the slices were all broken and even stuck to the box. Bad experience. I hope the manager or supervisor corrects and trains his workers. Bad service.

These jerks decided to get rid of their white sauce right when they started doing the 2 dollar personal pizza so now my choices are either dry pizza or acid reflux. Do better.

The worst delivery experience possible. It’s almost like they try to get it wrong every single time. I keep ordering because it’s conveniently close to home but they either don’t deliver and don’t communicate it to us making us waste time. Or they get the order wrong and miss items. Or they deliver the food without notice and we find it full of flies and bugs hours later. TERRIBLE service. I never write reviews but I have to at this point.

Grabbed some breadsticks here for a snack while out and about and got incredibly sick after eating them. Worse yet, within a matter of hours it had me laid up and extremely nauseous - couldn’t stomach anything for a whole day afterwards. Left me parched, dry, achy, and all kinds of sick. We’re now two days out and I’m mostly doing better, but still having difficulty putting down anything but the lightest foods.
