Ordered orange chicken and ended up getting orange pork that was all batter and stale, I just don’t get it?

As one of my favorite places to eat at Encore, I always look forward to going there I have dined in and also gotten take out.Thursday my friend and I decided to bring take out home , it was horrible, the crab ragoon and the chicken wings were good but the food itself went right in the barrel. May be they were having a off night but I am so disappointed to have wasted a few hundred dollars, which should have been a treat.Im not.sure I would go back Just bothered by the waste of money and food.

I went to encore with my boyfriend and my grandmother for a celebration. I was sat quickly and the woman who gave us water was super attentive. The waitress we had was not though. It took her a long time to get to our table then she proceeded to take our order and once the food came out she did not ask us how it was. The quality of the food was poor. We ordered crab Rangoons, spring rolls, chicken fingers, vegetable chowmein, pork fried rice, and general tsao chicken. The only edible items we received really were the crab Rangoons. The chow mein was also mostly tolerable. Everything else was absolutely terrible. The pork fried rice was the worst part of dinner. It was white rice with freezer veggies and strange looking pork and we ended up only having a spoonful and nobody checked on us also the chicken wings were so insanely salty it left blisters in my mouth. A lot of other items were super salty as well but the chicken wings were by far the worst. After eating this food I ended up becoming sick and needing to leave which is why I was unable to say anything to a manager. I also needed to go and find someone to grab our check.

We were extremely dissatisfied with our meal at Red 8. The dishes arrived steaming hot, too hot to eat, and super dry. We added sauce to lighten up the dishes but they were beyond repair. Would not recommend the spring rolls, orange chicken or rice bowls. :(

Real bad service, Two times in a row never going back
What a cool Asian restaurant, service is top notch and the food is stellar, the crab rangoons are next level, my personal new favorite rice is the Kimchi beef rice at this place! Can't wait to go back and try a few other things, also when you have leftover to go items they put it in a real nice tote bag with napkins and plastic ware. Just a really cool place... try it!!!

Service is always good here, staff is always good. Food is overpriced and has fallen in quality in the past year. You also need to be 21+ to enter red8 now, which was changed without any sort of newsletter from Encore.

I have ordered take out before, and this was my first time dining in. ALL staff, not just our waiter, were welcoming and made the dining experience enjoyable. We were greeted with smiles and left with “thank yous.” Customer service is outstanding, and the food is always delicious. Thank you for making dining in so relaxing.
