Hired Rita’s Catering to do a large cocktail reception for about 200 attendees.
The company did an amazing job with the food, the drinks and showing up on time. My favorite strawberry shortcake is from this catering company. I worked with Kathryn, who is very personable and accessible.
Attendees enjoyed the self-serve taco bar, the appetizers, the professionalism of the servers. Communication was excellent.

We had Rita’s cater our wedding and couldn’t ask for a better option. From the planning to the delivery Kathryn and her team flawlessly supported our vision of the wedding. It was not an easy task as we had over 170 people, with many complements on the food. Rita’s is a great option for any event your guests will leave full and smiling.

Placed an catering order thru Jet Aviation for our aircraft, and the order was never filled by them, even though the CSR at Jet gave me a copy of their acknowledgment receipt, and Jason the manager didn’t offer any solutions. I would give them a 0 if I could, will never order from them again

New Burlington MA location, during lunch at 12:30, both workers outside smoking so nobody at the register. Food sitting under a barely warm heatlamp for who knows how long. Quesadilla and fries very disappointing, cold. It really would have been good if it were fresh too. Was excited for this place, heard good things about Rita's, but they don't seem to be making much of an effort here, and first few months will make or break a place. Too bad.
