Service here is rude, the older woman who works here is always trying to upsell. I got charged a few dollars extra from my order and when I called to sort it out, she was very rude and ended up hanging up the phone on me.
This is not good Salvador food and it’s actually embarrassing for people to think that this is good Salvadorian cuisine.
Last time I came the bread was moldy and food was old. Food also was not good and there was a huge bone in my chicken sandwich which is not authentic!! NO FAMILY HAS EVER GIVEN ME A CHICKEN SADEICH WITH A LEG IN IT. Ridiculous.

I came here to get food for a work event. The pastries were dry and moldy. The pastelitos were dry. The pasteles were disgusting. Soggy, no flavor, with a big piece of chicken with bone included. The chicken wasn’t even shredded. I spent 60 dollars and no one ate the food. Everything was dry and nasty.

I needed 40 cupcakes for a birthday party, and Roxy's couldn't have been a better find. Ordering was easy, I got a mix of chocolate and vanilla-based cupcakes and everyone raved about both. They also looked awesome, and delivery the morning of the party was seamless. Much more reasonably priced than any other bakery. Thanks for making one aspect of party planning that much easier, Roxy's- I'll be back to try the breakfast!
