Awful awful awful, I ordered at 1:45 am and gave up waiting at almost 3am and left. The staff was not helpful , they would yell out everyone’s name once then put their order in the corner. I couldn’t get help they would just look at me and look away when I spoke. Absolute worst experience ever. I never even got my food. Ended up just getting McDonald’s down the street

The restaurant is inside the Casino. If you order in advance, take your ID with you. Don’t trust the maps photo, it’s inside the casino. Anyway, the service is good. The food tasty is like other Shake Shack.

Extremely disorganized on a busy night. I understand that it gets busy but the ordering system with kiosk vs. ordering in line makes no sense. I think more organization is needed for rush hours

I got the avocado chicken without pickles and it was really good!! Just the only bad thing about the sandwich was it's small.

Tried the new onion shack stack. Was good but i like the original more..
Nice spot at the casino , food was ready fast but slow to give it to me.
I wish they had water outside and not in the back that has to be requested

I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger. Didn't realize that it would come out as a portobello mushroom with no meat. I'm sure that's my fault but it was kind of greasy so everyone even a good portobello mushroom burger.

I really wanted to love the Dubai Shake. Unfortunately it wasn’t worth the hype. For $10 I expected more. It tasted ok but there was hardly any knafeh and no pistachios on top of the milkshake. It also wasn’t as thick as the usual milkshakes I get. The chocolate coating in the cup was so thin it didn’t add anything to the flavor. I may try again it again at another location.

Advertised as open until 1am. My boyfriend and I attempted to get food at 12:23am and they said they are closed and will not provide food. I would like for management to be aware of this as many people rely on open late night establishments at a casino open 24 hours 7 days a week.
