Terrible, super greasy $35 for a small burger, a tiny grilled cheese sandwich 2 small fries and a drink. Not worth it in my book.

Shake Shack slaps — especially after a long night at Memoire. When you're craving something solid after hitting the casino hard, this is the spot. The food is always on point, no matter what time of night you roll in. It’s a bit pricier than their other locations, but let’s be real, when the craving hits, who’s counting?

The location is super convenient, right off the casino floor with plenty of seating. Just be warned, it gets really busy on event nights, so plan accordingly if you don’t want to spend too much time hunting for a seat.

The service here is... well, it's a bit of a toss-up. Sometimes the staff is upbeat and friendly, and other times, you can tell they're just trying to survive the rush. I get it; it’s a busy place, but it’s hit or miss depending on when you visit.

You’ve got the option to stand in line to order or use the kiosks — both are fine, though the kiosks are definitely quicker. Bonus: This location accepts comp dollars (just make sure you order at the register), so if you’re having a night full of losses, at least you can salvage it with a comped meal. Definitely a nice touch to make you feel like you're winning at something!

Overall, it’s a great choice when you need to refuel after a night of... well, whatever you were doing on the casino floor. Highly recommend, just know the service can vary.

was sitting at a table eating my meal listening to the manager interview a person for a job and he was literally being discriminatory,because he was say your hired ,but you definitely have to be able to understand and speak spanish????

The food is fantastic I mean out of this world amazing and the place is so clean. What pushed this visit over the top is the manager Nikki. My goodness the world needs more people like Nikki. She is so friendly she came to our table to check on us and we raved about how awesome it was and we just clicked. She put a much needed smile on my face!! We are staying in the casino for a few days and will come back here for our meals for sure!!! Nikki please keep up the great work!!!

Ordered at the kiosk. Received no text when order was ready. Food sat for 20 mins before I went to the counter and asked. Was given cold food that had been sitting ion a shelf that nobody bothered to let me know what’s ready: Will never eat here again. I want my money back.

We received exceptional customer service by Jackie and the rest of the hardworking staff that all made our dining experience truly memorable. Not only were we greeted warmly, but the food arrived promptly and sizzling hot. The menu is a burger-lover's paradise with a wide selection ranging from delectable Shroom Burgers to classic Bacon Cheese Burgers, Chicken Avocado and even tasty veggie options. The variety doesn't end there, as the restaurant also offers delicious French fries, tempting frappes, floats and so much more. Shake Shack is definitely a must-visit spot for anyone craving mouthwatering burgers and great service.
