Honestly the hall is pretty, the location is perfect. I would come to many events here, but as my first time actually throwing an event here, I can honestly say, I will never do OR bring any more business here ever again. The owner Joe, was very nice at first. But the way he treated me the day before my event was horrible and the way he treated my guess and entertainment was horrendous. This guy really blinded me with kindness. The whole time, months prior to my event, he was fully aware of all that was going to be going on, and he was always understanding of it and super kind. But day before and day of, it was just horrible with this guy. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give a lower rating than this I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. THE OWNER IS PREJUDICE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I booked this hall three weeks in advance for my brothers sweet 16. Joe (the manager/owner) waited until the day of the event, 2 hours prior to tell me he won't allow the event to occur because he "doesn't do parties for kids." I've witnessed plenty of sweet 16s (and other kid parties) be thrown at this exact hall yet "they don't do parties for kids” and this comment was made to me on the phone, after seeing me face to face (I am black). After explaining my frustration with him over the phone, Joe proceeded to hang the phone up on my face while I was still speaking. This place is extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and frankly shouldn't be in business. I've rented plenty of halls prior to this and have never had a situation such as this one. And to top it all off the place wasn't worth the price. $650 for 3 hours for a small hall?? Again, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I hope they work on their customer service skills after this incident. I also realized I should’ve read previous reviews before booking this hall because every review I’ve read has been terrible.

The room is big and with a nice decor will be the perfect place for your event, but manager (Joey) is a nasty person. Will do thing as he want, wont do anything at all to accommodate the guest's needs, will try to over charge you. He really have no idea how to take advantage of the potential of that location. He claims to be the owner which I really don't buy for a second. He knows how to yell and scream costumes away...!

Beyond Rude Customer service over the phone. I wanted to tell the man how beautiful it was there and he just straight cut me off. Obviously they don’t care it’s just about the money and not the most important day of ur life. Thank God I didn’t set a time and date✌

I do not recommend this place at all!! I had a really bad experience with the manager of the building, I had a room booked, with cash deposit down, he told me that the hall was reserved for me and that he wouldnt give it to nobody else. 3 days before the event he called me to tell me that there was a mistake and that someone else had it before me and he didn’t know, he gave me a smaller room almost for the same price i had the first 1, unfortunately, I didn’t have time to look for another place..this person is very rude, complains about Hispanic people bringing their kids to the event, complains about the time people use to decorate, and 1 thing is for sure, the hall has to be perfectly clean for u to get your deposit back
