Before ordering, I asked the barista if it would be more convenient for HER for me to read out my order or show her a picture; she chose the latter. After she took my order from the picture and I paid, my drink came out missing cold foam (not a big deal). When I asked for it to include cold foam like I ordered, a different barista gave me attitude and proceeded to gaslight me, insisting that I should have included it in my order—despite me literally showing my photo with it to the cashier. It’s bad enough that this place doesn’t have mobile ordering, but apparently, illiteracy and gaslighting are also rife at this store.

Barista made my drink wrong. I told her it wasn’t the right drink, she yelled at me and said it was although I get this drink almost everyday it was definitely not mine. I asked if she could remake it and she rolled her eyes and started slamming things x

I came in at 7:40 and they close at 8 i asked her if they were still open and she said yes. They closed early and were only selling teas… don’t come here the other day they “ran out of vanilla cold foam” although the vanilla cold foam is made with heavy cream..

Came in at 1:30 to just get a drink. Girl took too long stocking her cups as she could have paused for 1 minute to assist us. No customers were in front of us or behind us as well. Hire employees that have REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND WANT TO WORK A JOB.

Starbucks FREE RED CUP DAY. The server made up a rule that the cup is only given when you buy a holiday drink. She was rude and I didn't hear that rule from another location. If she wants to make up a rule maybe she should open her own business and do whatever she pleases.Don't come to this location.There's a good one in Chelsea, friendly people who won't treat you like an inconvenience and won't make up their own FAKE rules.

They wouldn’t give me my free Starbucks drink because I had extra additives like syrup & cinnamon? They also wanted me to pay almost 2$ just to say that they had no cinnamon. Not even a happy birthday. Put me in such a bad mood. CLOSE IT DOWN.
Avoid this place. I ordered a peppermint mocha. After sipping it I noticed there was no chocolate sprinkles. I asked for more then she said they didn't have any. She then proceeded to argue with me about how the chocolate is just a decoration and it doesn't effect flavor.

I went to this Target Starbucks today and ordered a strawberry cream frappuccino. The cahsier said they don't make this drink. But yet the drink is on the menu. First Starbucks that doesn't make that drink. Awfu! Do not go here!!
This is the worst store in the company. they always close early, they are lazy and the menu doesn't have many options. Definitely a store that needs rules and supervision. Seems like the employees own it, they close early for customers but go there anytime to eat when they're hungry or thirsty, I've seen this many times when shopping at Target. maybe that's why the stock is always empty.

When it to grab coffee and the woman stated it was closed when they were clearly opened. Seems she just didn’t want to do anything this morning.
I needed information first before making my purchase. Jessica who worked on Thursday Dec 2nd took time to hear my questions with great attention. She made custom and detailed recommendations, obviously she’s a spécialisés expert barista. I was amazed. Souls and attitude like Jessica are the reasons I spend so much time and a considerable amount of cash at Starbucks.
