I am a frequent customer of this store and always do my shopping here. However, I have noticed that Ms. Aika often treats customers with a poor attitude, giving the impression that she is not happy at her job. On my last visit, I made a mistake with my order and instead of receiving support, I was treated in an arrogant and rude manner. I believe this type of behavior does not reflect the good service customers normally expect at this place.

I had a horrible experience with an employee Rayna not once, but twice. She was extremely rude not only to me as a customer, but she was treating her coworker horribly. She yelled at him at the top of her lungs and insulted him, despite him calmly telling her to stop yelling, she kept going in front of all the customers. It’s sad that despite going twice, clearly this store isn’t doing anything about their employees behavior. And he’s Hispanic too. I definitely won’t be going back if I see her behind the counter.

Before ordering, I asked the barista if it would be more convenient for HER for me to read out my order or show her a picture; she chose the latter. After she took my order from the picture and I paid, my drink came out missing cold foam (not a big deal). I came in at 7:40 and they close at 8 i asked her if they were still open and she said yes. They closed early and were only selling teas… don’t come here the other day they “ran out of vanilla cold foam” although the vanilla cold foam is made with heavy cream..
