Around 8:30 AM today, I was trying to buy dipping sauce at the window because I had forgotten. I was told they are working with a timer. I would have to drive around then pointed at the screen showing the time... I did not drive around because I thought it was ridiculous. Also the nacho fries were cold. It tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Last time going to taco bell lol.

I ordered a burrito with Spicy Ranch and they didn’t put it in the burrito and I went in to see if I could get a side of it they tried to charge me 1.50 when it’s .50 on Taco Bell website and I had already paid for it ! Worst service ever ! Drive through was terrible!

I will never ever go to this place again I let it slide the first time but this is my second time buying from there hoping that they do it right this time and when I look at my food this doesn’t look like a Crunchwrap supreme it looks like pig food
Went to the drive thru a couple of weeks ago. The server at the window noticed that there was a little extra liquid on the top of my Baha Blast Freeze. She took the time to wipe it off before handing it to me. It was a small touch but I really appreciated it.
