My sister, who was visiting from another country, joined me for dinner at this restaurant. Since she's not from the US, she didn't have an American ID. It's not recommended to bring your passport to bars or restaurants where you might be drinking, especially as a tourist. Losing your passport while intoxicated could lead to visa issues and delays in leaving the country.Although my sister had an international driver's license showing she was over 40, the restaurant refused to serve her beer and were quite rude about it. To top it off, the food we received was cold and stale.So, why wouldn't they accept an international ID as proof of age for alcohol?This experience left a bad taste in our mouths. The service was awful, and the food was inedible. I definitely won't be going back there and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

It should be a 10 in my book. It could not have been more perfectVariety of the menu I highly suggest here, I go here, because I never once had a bad thing happen don't forget to try the rose fresh out of the oven constantly I believe anybody can find something to eat here the kitchen is so large and so is the menu that nobody shouldn't be able to flndr something they'll definitely find something off then me it isn't waiting a few for a parking spot but I never had to use my HC placard so we can get an a disabled. But I do wear some medical stuff there that help my gaining weight journey. Everything ok , I can get counter fried steak my favorite and it's never had to make reservations before and biry daughter isll there early and setting off fireworksDietary restrictions: I believe there are handicapped steps there I go, I'll see if there is a handicap I can't recall if there has a thing so I'll find out on my next visit and update thisKid-friendliness: Yes they are kid-friendly they're drowned out that's why play music so they don't hear any kids cry it is amazing

I'm kind of disappointed with this branch. I went to the one in Walpole, MA, before, and the steak tasted absolutely delicious. Service was quick. Unfortunately it was the opposite at this branch. The steak was dry and tasteless. It took them 45 mins to bring our food. I am not sure I will go back to this branch again.

Great experience. We walked right in and immediately sat at the bar, had great prompt service and that followed-through the whole time we were there. Food was delicious, fresh, and all prepared according to our liking.

waited to be seated for 6-7 minutes before anyone would acknowledge us waiting at the door... lots of employees just talking to each other and restaurant was not busy at 3:45 on a Wednesday.. the waiter wasn't much better.. my food came out cold.. was in the window too long ... not the cooks fault I blame the wait staff not a good experience for my guests that were there for the first time they were disappointed also
Steaks disappointing. Six and 8 ounce fatty and thin. Never use to be. Was my go to for steak. Won’t anymore sadly!

Reserved seating ahead of time came in and waited extra 30 mins to be seated. Then food was overcooked and inedible. My children were so upset cause they weren’t able to eat. I will never go there again. On a positive note server was polite and great.
