This was my favorite spot at Encore - hands down before they changed the concept to more of a grab and go :( I’m so upset! Maybe I’ll try the Italian sandwich again (had it on chefs board and it was incredible!) but I highly doubt it’s the same as before.

Most incredible charcuterie board I’ve ever had. The only things better than the food were the server and chef. Ayoub and Richard were amazing. Can’t wait to come back and hang with them again.

This was a decent meal that had an unfortunate end. Our server, Ayoub, decided that the 15% tip was not enough. He came back to our table and loudly explained that 15% is only for bad service, 20% is good service and most people at their restaurant tip 40-50% and up. I'm not sure if this is a cultural thing but in Canada, where we are from, this would NEVER happen. If the service was bad, you just wouldn't tip. 15% is the norm for good service and tipping more than that would be discretionary and based on stellar service. It felt inappropriate and like the intention was to shame us for a tip he didn't feel was sufficient. I was genuinely shocked by the experience and wouldn't come back. I know it's said that we Canadians are polite but I truly cannot fathom acting that way towards a guest, and I've worked as a server.

I have walked by this place for 3 weeks while here on business and they were not opened 😩!! Finally I asked people at the Encore and they had no idea when they were open which was very disappointing! That being said I SCORED!! Friday and Saturday they are open and let me tell you they should be open way more often as this place was beyond phenomenal!! The two stand outs that seriously make this place amazing are Rich and Ayoub!! Honestly the presentation on my board was phenomenal and I forgot to take a photo before devouring it! The wine choice was far better than my original choice. I honestly would have eaten here every day I was here if it would have been open!! Whomever makes these decisions really doesn’t understand what a solid gem this place is and its potential! I honestly am so thankful I decided to check on last time to see if they were open! Thank you so much Rich and Ayoub!! Cheers to a fantastic experience!!

Definitely stop in here when you visit Encore. An absolutely fun experience! For a small menu there is surprisingly a lot of choice. Pick a charcuterie platter for two (they offer 3 sizes). Everything is cut up and sliced right in front of you. We had the bacon and Bourbon salami, 24 month aged prosciutto di Parma, and aged parmigiano Reggiano. We also got a baked brie. They have a wonderful wine list, but trust me when I tell you the house, red/white that comes with the platter is delicious. Our server Peter went above, and beyond, was super attentive, and made a great experience even better. He even wrote down a list of places we should visit close to the assembly Row area while in Boston. Be sure to ask for a small piece of honeycomb to go with your wine, meat and cheese. Bon Apetito

I had the BEST time of my life there last night. PETE was very knowledgeable and made us feel very welcomed. I decided to let him decide how to put together our charcuterie board, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. Great food, great wine. Absolutely a 10/10. Next time you go to Encore be sure to stop by this place and grab a few glasses of wine before starting your night.

Love, love, love Cheese Meet Wine at Encore. Ayuob , Pete, Richie, and KC always take great care of us. Everything is always fresh and tastes delicious. The wine selection is superb. It’s our favorite at Encore. Come! You won’t be disappointed. ?
