just one star because it seems like you only throw the toppings into the açaí because honestly, how horrible I ordered an açaí with powdered milk, but powdered milk arrived here with little açaí. trains your people better in portions how much to add to each açaí!! Honestly clueless

Wow...I was shocked when the cashier told us the price. Way overpriced, especially for what it is. The ice cream must not contain much cream at all. They apparently use sweetened condensed milk (I guess that's how it's made in Brazil). Here, a premium ice cream has a very rich, creamy texture. In order to mimic that rich texture they must use guar gum or some other industrial additive. The ice cream has a definite gummy, elestic texture ...the kind you'd expect from a cheaper grade, lo-fat product you'd get at a supermarket; definitely not what you'd expect for such a premium price.

This place is so wildly overpriced it's hard to believe you haven't been scammed on the way out the door. Two small bowls (consisting of two scoops each) comes to whopping $27.80 !!! Am I missing something ... do people really believe this is reasonable? The ice dream is OK, nothing special at all...pales in comparison to places like Richardson's Dairy or Cal's Creamery .. which charge less the half the price! And they've got a much better selection of flavors and toppings. I hope they don't last ... at prices like this w such a limited menu, they don't deserve to be in business in my opinion.
