I placed an order for home delivery and I have not received any news about it, I do not understand the lack of communication if you can really let me know if they accepted my order or not or if it is in process
The Açai is good, bit overpriced but fine. However not sure what’s going on with the service there. On my last 5 orders everything was wrong, they didn’t follow clear requests/instructions, never sent the paid extra sides either. Thanks God Uber Eats have a customer service who helps with those issues, never order directly with them, it feels like no one cares or is reading the notes. Very upsetting and frustrating!
Açaí is delicious, but very sweet and you feel like it is of low quality, and the price is bizarrely expensive. It's not worth the price. Nu kitchen in Somerville is very natural and delicious, as well as being a good price for being a natural stop.
