The atmosphere was depressing and slow. The workers were in the back conversing with low energy music playing like someone went thru a tough break up. When we were finally approached, we were advised to try the Cacolia Benedict (garbage on English muffin). Yo top it off the food was well over priced for the quality. My son instantly had to use the bathroom (diarrhea) after having their chocolate milk. The water was warm even with ice. The lemon was dry. The only positive thing I can said is the tea was phenomenal but I had to pay for honey. If you like low quality service this is the spot for you.

I went here today super excited to try it. We went in and sat down. Right away they came and got our drink order. After bringing our drinks we waited 10 minutes for the waitress to come back to place are order. We then waited 30 minutes for our food. The food was nothing to write home about. The kitchen worked slow and the servers (females) only cared about taking care of the construction workers (males) at the counter. Also, the temperature was 64 degrees in there! I saw it on the thermostat. We were freezing and had to keep our coats on.

I used to come here all the time and had the best experience. Today was my first time here since being under new ownership. There were issues with everything. The waitresses seemed extremely overwhelmed despite not being busy. They messed up my iced coffee. She remade it and it still tasted disgusting. My mom got a hot coffee, and her friend got a hot tea. Both were cold. There was no creamer on the table, only empty ones. Neither of them got refills. The food took forever to come out. All three of our dishes were cold. The butter would not melt on the french toast and when we made a comment about it the waitress argued that the butter is kept cold so it’s not going to melt. The eggs tasted like rubber. The home fries were hard. I’m not one to complain or send food back, but McDonalds eggs but these to shame. One of the staff members, maybe the manager, was sitting down drinking coffee and standing around. You would think he would help out the waitresses considering how stressed they seemed. Being a former waitress myself, I had to get up multiple times to get things for our table. I could have handled this whole place alone, so I’m really not sure what the problem is. Anyways, we will not be coming back.
