Portion size was so small and then they changed my order with out asking me because they couldnt substitute 2 pancakes for 2 french toast so instead of getting my 2 meats n 2 eggs homefries n toast 10n change for one i ordered 2 for me n wife they changed my order to something else n charged me for everything individually so from 20 n change total to 48 n change without asking me if it was ok or telling me i couldnt substitute

Enjoy the wonderful with my daughter at Alice's Diner. The food was delicious and the staff are so friendly period and you definitely got a lot of food at a very fair price. Will be returning soon

Popped in here last week because the spot down the street that was our original destination was closed. I must say it was a very pleasant surprise. I had the Portuguese omelette which came with home fries and bread, I chose grilled English muffins. Everything was delicious and I loved the way they made the omelette, wrapped it around all the goodness rather than mix it in ?

Way too slow for breakfast food. They also do not go in order in which slips are sent in. Let me elaborate. We were sat first (party of 2) we ordered our drinks and our meals (basic meal, eggs, bread, hashbrowns) our slip went into the kitchen. A gentleman walked in and sat at the counter area, put his order in.. then another person came and sat at the counter area and put his order in. The guy that came in last, got his food first. The guy that came in second then got his food then we got our food. How does that make sense? We were about to ask for the bill for just our drinks because we were annoyed at that point. Waitress then comes with our meals. Toast, burnt. I just ended up eating the hashbrowns cuz at that point I was over it. Over a half hour for 2 basic meals that should take no longer than 15 minutes (that's being generous) & getting our food last when our order was in first was just ridiculous. (They were not busy) I've been a FOH/ BOH manager for over 15 years and this place works backwards. If you're short on time, go elsewhere

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place, go regularly with my girlfriend. I have celiac disease and have to eat Gluten Free, their WHOLE menu can be prepared and cooked 100% Gluten Free! AND TASTE INCREDIBLE! The family atmosphere in here along with the small size of the diner gives off a tremendous homey vibe! Love it here, recommend to anyone Gluten Free or not!

Our party of five, two children, three adults sat at a window seat on the right. The three tables that were there when we arrived had already been served. Our $18 per plate breakfast was brought out in sections, the kids their pancakes, my adult son’s side of corned beef hash about five minutes later, my burnt tasting almost cheese less omelette plate about ten minutes after that then the kids bacon and eggs plates and finally after over an hour total my son and his girlfriend’s again almost cheese less omelette plates were finally brought out. My grandson had a hair hanging from his plate, my son’s girlfriend had a hair in her has browns, my son had a beetle crawling across his plate. The waitress Lucy never checked on us, I guess because she delivered the already cold food in so many episodes she thought and further check back was unnecessary. My son had to ask for a refill on his coffee when she finally came during one of the deliveries and as she was pouring his coffee it was dripping into my plate. My son seen and said, “sorry mom”. Lucy said, “that didn’t drip in your plate. Right? No.” I said it did. No apology, she simply brushed it off and walked away. I still have the taste of burnt vegetables in my mouth as I write this. Worst experience we have ever had which sucks so bad because I have been working three jobs since October and so very much needed this family time out for the first time in months. Shame on you Lucy.
