I had horrible experience with the apple bees in Fall River order off uber eats for the 2 for 26 with the Cajun pasta and honey chicken when I tell you food was horrible pasta water down never again.Instead offering apologies working on getting better.

Ordered from here on door dash. Food tastes alright, but i asked for my steak medium-rare and I got well-done. I guess the Family Guy joke about applebees steaks always being overcooked was accurate.

Asked for a FULLY cooked burger, and they gave me a raw nasty burger!!! Honey not even cooked, this is foul. This isn’t a diss to anyone here because everyone is always great but this was just a miss.

Under staff slow. Under cook food ever dangerous..they should have a better manager I ask for it well done no pink .. they gave me a raw burger.. they don't know how to check for thermostat 165f.. Not OSHA approved..
Also I order 2 entries and only received 1 entrie.. smh so they can't read or count. Wow . and all the food was cold..don't go here..
They didn't do anything to make it a better situation.

I want to talk about an experience I had at the Applebee’s in Fall River. The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were clean. The bartender was courteous, professional articulate up sold the food and the drinks were on point. It wasn’t that corporate world type drink.. Even though everything was by the book and the poor was measured, they just made an outstanding drink that I would keep coming back for… The manager Jon was outstanding came over to us introduce himself to us asked if there was anything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.. Well, he succeeded! Kudos to the manager, Jon … The bartender served us right away service with a smile. Our experience was so enjoyable. It’s a place. I’ll keep coming back more and more … The bartender Hannah remembered me from the last time I was here and remembered my name. What does that tell you they take pride in their customs.. If you’re looking to take your significant other out for a night out, please come to the Applebee’s in Fall River and ask for Hannah. She will make your week Whether it’s the start of the week or the end of the week, so so so enjoyable, you will leave with a smile great job Hannah the day I had was dismal and you turned an upsetting day into an enjoyable one thank you!

Kid-friendliness: I didn’t come with kids, but I noticed that they were very kid friendly, and very resourceful and made the kids have an enjoyable experience

Ordered (2) of the Chicken Tenders family bundle meals that feed 4. Today i received 4 small containers that included a few chicken each & a LITERAL handful of fries in each container! I've ordered this SEVERAL times since I'm feeding 7 people & it's always came (2) large containers of chicken & (2) large containers of fries with the other sides. How is 4 handful of fries supposed to be separated between 7 people??

The restaurant is always welcoming and we look forward to coming in every week. From the hostess who greets us with a smile and friendly hello, to the server who has become a personal friend we always feel welcome and cared for. The manager, Jack, always is on the scene and makes it his mission to come over and speak to us. He has become a friend and is very entertaining. We see him greet other guests and everyone seems delighted with his attentiveness.
Parking: Right outside the door there is plenty of parking. It’s always clean and has plenty of ice melt so we don’t slip.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps for wheelchairs and walkers.
