While I love the coffee and usually the pastries, the last two visits were disappointing. The Napoleon slice I purchased had very stiff, rubbery cream and was difficult to cut. Worked in Somerset today & knew I had to make a couple of Portuguese stops on my way home 🇵🇹 First stop — Barcelos Bakery in Fall River! I grabbed a bifana sandwich, chicken croquette, stuffed quahog, sweet bread, & of course, a pastel de nata. Haven’t made it through everything yet, but what I have tried was delicious! 😋
Just went to this bakery for the first time . Oh.my.God. The atmosphere is amazing , and the amount of choices they have is to die for. The tiramisu was phenomenal!! I can’t wait to go back and try something else . And the best part?? It was sooooo cheap!!!
