We really like the restaurant & go quite often. But yesterday 11/15 /2025 I called the restaurant at 1:30 in the afternoon to make a reservation for 10 at 630 at night. The young lady that answered the phone said that they don't take reservations, but she didn't see a problem because they had banquet tables. She said she would speak to her manager which he never got on the phone when we showed up. The manager said there was absolutely no way that he could seat us and that he had told me on the phone. No, he could not accommodate me. He never spoke to me. He was rude and it was very disappointing and 10 people Seeing this happen and 10 people left to go to another restaurant and enjoyed ourselves. Not sure if we will be back to the restaurant in the near future.Very disappointing, because the food the waitress staff are very good. But one bad manager

I don't usually give reviews but the food and service were so good I have no choice after to many disappointing meals dining out lately. I have to say the 2 meals we ordered were absolutely delicious full of flavor and texture every bite was better then the last definitely fresh and chef inspired taste. (Harvest tortellini and risotto brisket )We 💯 will be returning to Barrett's waterfront in the hopes that the chef is consistent and creative because his dishes were amazing! Barrett's keep the chef ( Julian, I believe ) under your belt he is definitely an asset ! and our waiter Isaiah was great! another asset to your establishment :)

We were turned away for lunch today with my aunt in a wheelchair, no sign in the parking lot so we didn’t know until we went inside that there was a private event and they were closed to the public . By that time the SRTA bus had left. We’re regular customers but never again!!!! Couldn’t even accommodate us!!! AWFUL!!!

Very disappointed with this location. I wasn’t happy with my experience the last time because they served us frozen calamari, but decided to give a second chance. My server last night was not paying any attention to us. I asked for a side of sauce twice that NEVER came. I also asked for a water with my meal and didn’t get it until I was done eating. Frozen food and poor service smh
Great burgers! They have keno too which is always a bonus.

I visited Barrett’s twice & enjoyed myself. The food was good! I had the Riv Nachos (very generous portion), Brown Sugar Cajun wings, Chicken Mozi Eggrolls, & Sidewinder fries. The Mixed Berry Nojito mocktail is delicious! The two servers, Tiffany & Laura, are extremely attentive & kind 💛 Musical Bingo was fun! Very nice atmosphere!

We enjoyed the dirty tater tots, brisket & Gouda sandwich and the tortellini alla vodka with chicken. Our server Jill was attentive and sitting outside on the deck is always a treat! We continue to visit to enjoy Barrett’s. Only downside was my cocktail, the watermelon cucumber cooler. It was all syrup and sugar but no vodka. Will not order again.
