Although the Panera Bread soups are very tasty, the container is not easy to manipulate. One the cover is removed, the plastic covering cannot be taken off unless you cut it with a knife, especially for us elderly.

**VERY IMPORTANT** This is just a heads up, if you are pulling a CH Robinson load and they give you an address that is 615 Currant St, to PU, that is wrong. It will be 615 Innovation Way! The Blount Plant is 640.

In and out before my appointment time with a full load. Slept on the property. Plenty of parking on riggenbach also. My only complaint is employees parking in the four big rig parking spots.

The worst! Bought 6 of their soups and one of them had 4 bone chips in it. Wrote them a detailed email with pics and the info from the bottom of the container. Their response was from 4 different people each worse than the last. The first one didn't even have the info I sent. The second was asking for the pics and info that I sent to the first and the third and fourth responders with more of the same. Never once did anyone even acknowledge that this is a problem or say hey wow we are so sorry for this! Nothing! Zip. Nada. I thought maybe a reimbursement or even a lousy coupon would be offered. Nope. Customer service at its very very worst!!!! Will never even consider their brands now and neither should any of you! Two thumbs down!!! 👎

Well they usually open at 5 for receiving Now if u r picking up load u might have to wait for load to be ready and wait a alot
But receiving is really fast unloading No parking onsite they will ask u to wait on street and wait for call But full truck unload 20 mins.

Can park along Riggenback rd and a few trucks in their entrance ramp. Caution with lots of construction in Fall Creek.
