Not like it used to be. Staffed by two people running the whole restaurant.Chicken and sides lesser quality than before. Not staffs fault.Doing best with what they have.Staff friendly and polite. Hard working.

Very disappointed. Chiken was ok. Sides, not so much. The mash potatoes tasted horrible. The Mac and cheese was watery and tasteless, the corn smelled as if it has gone bad. Service was great but I don't recommend wasting your money there..

Google says they close at 9pm. Showed up at 7:48pm and all the lights were off. Saw someone inside so called and they close now at 8pm.. So if you close at 8pm you should be open for 12 more mins....Drove all the way from providence too, I'm irritated!!

This place is closed looking , abandoned . The ghosts still go in and out. It's really strange. They don't even know we see them.Truly a Fall River phenomena.The value of the entire neighborhood is going down with such an unsightly neighbor.In between a bank , a CVS , imagine having such a valuable piece of real estate and not making it live up to its full potential. Bank 5 needs to buy it and put it in the right hands to make millions like they do and CVS . It's squandered real estate essentially.

I had been looking forward to having Boston Market again after living out of state for many years. I was SO excited....then I was SO let down. The cornbread was dry and cold served In a paper bag. The chicken was super dry,the potatoes were tasteless and the corn was horrible. Also the ONLY options for drinks were coke and rootbeer. Everything else said sold out....even the teas. The kid that waited on us was super nice but he was talking to someone on the phone through his ear piece so he couldn't hear my questions. It was so bad that I took a couple bites and through it away. I'll never be back and this store has forever ruined Boston Market for me. I'll stick to your frozen dinners at the super market. I wish I could not only give you zero stars but negative stars.

One of the best fasylt food restaurants. Healthier and more homemade. This location is pretty clean and nice inside. The staff is usually nice and helpful. The rice just always seems to be hard. Only real complaint I have. Maybe the rice needs to be covered differently or moisture added to it?Vegetarian options: Usually have creamed spinach which is good, corn, mixed veggies (zucchini, carrots,broccoli), sweet potato casserole, and rice. Seasonally have other options as well.Parking: Restaurant on the premises of parking lot. Parking lot decently sized. Rarely is it full.

Placed an order online for delivery. Got a call that they didn't have 2 parts of my order. When I received my order the food was cold and the chicken was so dry we could barely eat

I was rushed to order, and was given incorrect sides. They were out of some menu items, which didn't affect my order. Two meals, but only given one cup and corn bread. Also the cup had a hole in it and leaked everywhere. I don't come here often, so I will probably eat elsewhere next time.

I am very disappointed in how chewy the chicken was. I gave most of it to my dog and cat, while I ate the sides. Sides were decently average. They are the only reason I didn’t give one star. I’d avoid going here. The corn bread was pretty bad too.

I ordered online.When I arrived to pick up my family's food, I was informed that two of the meals I ordered were not available.When asked why no one called or attempted to inform me of their deficiencies, the staff claimed to not have my contact info, even though it's required to create an online order.I decided to cancel the order to which the manager informed me that it would take a few days to credit my order of over fifty dollars.When I expressed my frustration, the waitress laughed in my face and the cook called me an @$$#0/3.I still haven't heard back from management or gotten my money refunded.Never again.

Food is excellent, service a little slow but it was a busy Saturday night and I know it was the kitchen not the waitstaff. I definitely will return at a different time/day
