I ordered through Uber Eats and when I tell you they forgot to put cheese on my whopper twice is a shame. The first time they did it I was like okay cool. But the second time I ordered the same burger and didn’t get cheese was awful. Never again. I didn’t eat any of it.

Got denied service at 9:30pm in the dining room they stated they were closed and only drive thru, the door says 10pm and is unlocked. The customer service is horrible and no management would come to front to speak to me. Never got food or service.

Such a disappointment every single time. You think I would learn my lesson. Spent $53 on 4 meals and they were subpar. Room temp/ cold fries. Laughable royal crispy meal thrown together. Save yourself the waste of money and headache and go to the one at southcoast marketplace! Food is ALWAYS HOT and put together like they enjoy their job.

Over the past few years, I feel I've had nothing but negative experiences at this location. Whether it's me waiting 20 minutes for my food only to find out no one was working on my order, to the staff yelling obscenities in the back in full view of the customers, to consistently getting my order wrong and forgetting food, it's been a thoroughly terrible experience. My latest experience is the last straw and I feel compelled to write this review because I am sick and tired of how awful the service is here. To unapologetically and outright refuse to let me order when it is still during business hours and during dine-in hours is so utterly insane that it beggars belief as to how this place is still in business. I really can't believe how the staff and management at this location has been so consistently awful for years on end. I've let past incidents slide as one-offs but this really is the last straw for me. I will never bother with this place again. Absolutely unacceptable how terrible the service is here.

Every time I come here the drive through person at the window is so rude . My food is always terrible..fries made in old oil heavy and greasy. I asked for extra mayo on my burger and so much was put on I couldn't eat it I was driving and couldn't wipe it all off..just disgusting. I will not go back there and everyone I talk to agrees with me. Worst Burger King in the city
