I ordered from this place, having a great impression from my previous visits but was soon disappointed. I got a chicken bowl with all toppings and when I went to pick it up, I noticed a surplus of flies in the restaurant. When I got home to dig in, there was a whole fly on a piece of lettuce in my bowl. I was instantly disgusted and do not expect to return any time soon. Highly disappointed. Best and only thing I ended up consuming was the brown sugar milk tea.

This was our first time getting food here. My wife and I ordered multiple menu items to get a broad taste of the offerings. Each dish was better than the one before. Korean corn dog was awesome! Rice bowl? Excellent! Fried chicken was just fantastic! We will be back even though it's a 25 mile round trip to get there!

Geographically, a hole in the wall that is Fall River but a great place for takeout. The restaurant menu is full of culinary guilty pleasures, and it's best avoided if you're working on a summy body. However, for the rest of us, Chicken Story is a fun way to change up your evening mealtime with food everyone in the family will love.

Not sure why they gave me the fries but the fries had to be a few days old maybe? They were cold and stale. The chicken on the sandwich was stale as well not hot. KFC is fresher but I will try this place one more time.

Ordered an item from each part of the menu with my sister.
An OG Chicken Sandwich Boneless Chicken Tenders Potato Corndog, tornado, and chicken dumplings And two speciality drinks: dragon dawn and coffee milk tea
Didn’t know that there was no sit-down and it was a takeout only restaurant. There is limited but free street parking around. All items were wrapped well for the drive back to my place, but the sandwich didn’t hold up as well as the other items (the bun got soggy).
Nevertheless, all food items were amazing and very good price. I believe they figured out how to make both tender and crispy chicken without rawness (previous 1 star reviews).
My only complaint is that the cost of the speciality drinks are pretty high for this area. I expect that pricing out of Boston or Starbucks. The cost of the food itself was a great deal, especially the dumplings.
I’m just glad to finally get a good Asian Restaurant in this area.

It's great. The rice bowl is amazing, the corn dogs are amazing, the gyoza are just ok.
i dont know why it took me this long to hear about this place but this can be the most underrated place in fall river. today was the first time trying it and the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Definitely recommend trying this places chicken sandwich and tea.

I live 3 minutes away, not only did we have missing items from our order but the fries were cold and rubbery. Food was not as fresh as it has been in the past and we could tell it had been sitting. Really disappointed. We ordered from a close restaurant so the food would be fresh. Luckily door dash gave me a partial refund :/

Corndogs are ok, chicken tenders and sandwiches were extremely dry. It's not kid friendly at all.. dude could not take my order due to hard staring my 2 yr old child. He claimed he didn't want my kid to get hurt and was extremely rude about it, there was nothing in lobby to get hurt by. I would have been a repeat customer, but not now, and I will let everyone i know not to support them.it's a huge shame.
