This was the worse delivery service we ever experienced. Waited 2 hours for our food. Called after 1 hour and was told they lost our order after 2 hours was told that it was going out now. Almost 3 hours and still waiting. We will never order from china Express again and we will let all our friends about our experience. they were also very indifferent on the phone

Their food is just sub par, and their prices are much higher than other better Chinese restaurants in the city. I ordered 1 egg roll and an order of white rice and ended up paying about 10 dollars. That is theft when most places in the city charge 2 bucks for some white rice and around 3 dollars or less for a single egg roll. Do yourself a favor and don't bother. The food doesn't even taste all that good.

Ordered Thai Basil Chicken (it’s on the receipt), and they made it shrimp. It had onions peppers & carrots that tasted pre-steamed and soggy. Was looking forward to the description that included fresh ginger scallion & Thai Basil. It was missing all components including the chicken.I didn’t call to complain,just simply will not order here again.

I had a hit and run in front of the restaurant and when the police asked to view the camera, they said they didn't want to get involved and the cameras didn't work. Just for this I will never eat here again.
