It’s says they closed at 11pm and me and friends get there at 10:20 but are turned away as they were closed even though they were closed over 30 minutes early and as we are leaving more people pull up and get turned away

If I could give no stars I would. Dirty environment, incompetent staff, and low quality food - this place has nothing to offer. I just went at noon on a Thursday and the employee said they didn’t have white rice when they obviously did. It’s lunch time - you’re telling me that crock is empty and that’s it? Really not ok. I don’t normally get upset but I’m angry. This was my time to eat today. And your poorly trained staff and inability to have literal bare minimum customer service doesn’t exist. Unacceptable

absolutely horrible i am pissed because i am missing ideas from my order i spent my money on and did not revive and called the store and and animated robot answered and told me thats chipotle couldn’t do anything because it was form a delivered order when it is chipotles fault thats i missing and item from my order it is your job to make sure everything’s in the order and you didn’t i’m never going here again and plus my chipotle bowl was barely even full im absolutely disgusted with the service and how i recieved my food and i couldn’t even get what i order because chipotle can’t even answer there own phone im absolutey disgusted get a better staff that knows how to do there orders right and actually satisfy a customer this is ridiculous

They forget things or just do not put on it what you ordered. Besides missing components of our burrito bowls I have ordered a beverage and it was not in the order we picked up. Whoever runs or owns this should be reading reviews, fixing the problems, and addressing the comments with more than an automatic response system. I know it can be hard to get good employees but come on. The problems here are management issues. They need a change of manager. A good manager makes sure things are done correctly.

I'm sorry but this place was absolutely filthy,gross,very nasty and sticky tables. first of all I walked in with my fiance and the front end workers where talking to three girls at the table while they eat and asking me all at the same time what i wanted and what toppings etc and meantime as I was saying what I wanted he was putting the opposite because he was not paying attention so I again stated what i wanted and he obviously was not focused and was not listening so it turned into a loger process because multiple times the young gentleman was not listening and also was not talking in English but he was most certainly talking English to the three girls sitting at the table facing him, who he stopped while making my order made sure to get one of the females attention to give his business card to. I proceeded moved down the line and told the girl what i wanted and what I didn't get and she brushed it off and acting like she didn't hear or know what I was saying and told me to cash out with the young gentleman on her left who also was absolutely clueless and all together you could tell they all just had no care and didn't care or hear what feedback I was asking or saying and was only focused on cashing me out. I also did experience while waiting for a manager because I had to say something. This order and food was not cheap at all and I just needed to express what had happened and meantime I noticed the tables where very sticky, had dried food all over, the floors had food, napkins, wrappers all on the floor and it looked very very bad and gross it made me very uncomfortable even being inside nevermind the environment was already bad. I had to ask again politely how long do I have to wait for a manager and the young gentleman said she's busy talking to a family member on a important call and that the other manager was to busy helping make food so I at that point decided to leave and I will not go back. I am not one to ever complain but I felt that how I was treated,ignored and what i seen with my own two eyes including my fiance who also agreed that he never wants to eat there or go back. This place is very ran down and it's sad because it's a small place and very new and it's already terrible. I hope they can address the communication and work ethics and run this restaurant better and clean it because I will never ever go back how filthy it is. I'm sorry but I am just being honest this place was very filthy and gross. and very very unprofessional!!!!!
