We ordered a chicken bowl, but the experience was disappointing. When I pointed out that the chicken tray and vegetables were empty, the staff was extremely rude. The rice was undercooked, and the overall taste was terrible. This was by far the worst experience I've had at Chipotle. Wish I could give 0 rating.

My boyfriend and I LOVE the food here but it is always such a struggle to get enough of it and is completely dependent on the server present. Also, they are always out of white rice and seem reluctant to make more quickly to get it to customers. With certain servers asking for more food feels like pulling teeth just to get enough. We are reluctant to go in because we do so with the expectation that we will have to fight to get enough food, and it is a rare occasion that we don’t have to do that.

As you can see the lid was not placed on correctly and it has spilled out into the inside of the bag and onto container. If you want to save $12.00, I suggest to make the quesidilla at home. As you can see it takes a tortilla and a splash of cheese. I foolishly had bought 2 kids quesidillas when I could've made this myself and better lol. The check out person asked if I wanted it remade , I said no because there was a line( she was sweet). I digress. The person who prepared my quesidilla was annoyed that I asked for a side of rice.

The woman who served us was delightful. This place however is disgusting. Every table and seat was covered in smears and food. Trash was over flowing. Trash on the tables and floor. I don't know how you can successfully run a place like this. The food was Ok and the woman who took our order was great. That was the only brightspot. Non to be found on the tables for sure.

This was the filthiest and least customer service friendly fast food establishment that i’ve ever seen. Yep, that’s 45 years. Trash barrels overflowing, a thick film on the guacamole, staff eating cheese barehanded while cashing us out. Also the floor was disgustingly dirty and we literally had to step over dropped food. This place should be first on the list for the inspectors to visit!

used to be alright. most of the worker's are always disgruntled snd rude for no reason. i ordered ahead due to traffic but arrived earlier than expected. worker wasn’t happy about that. ended up with just meat and rice on my bowl and zero toppings. even ordered extra of one of the salsas. if you are going to order here i would order in person to at least unsure you’re getting what you want. wasted a free entree reward on nothing.

I couldn't find a star lower than one, so the fact that they're even getting one from me is a compliment! the place is filthy with a chaotic staff. I should have read the reviews first as they only received 2. 1 stars and there's a reason for that! Don't go, turn around!!

Every time I go to this chipotle the staff is rude and the food is horrible. My rice is always crunchy. And not to mention when I order on doordash I ALWAYS have items missing from my order. Literally the only consistency about this place is how often they forget my ingredients like guacamole in my bowl (that I pay extra for) or sides like chips. Without fail my order is always messed up in some way and I know it’s not a doordash issue because the bag is always sealed with the original sticker provided by the restaurant. Go to dartmouth or seekonk location if you don’t want to be disappointed, this place is horrible

My online order took an additional 30 minutes to be ready. In that time, while I waited in the store, I noticed most of the employees are just standing there. 2-3 of them are actually doing work and running around like madmen. One of the workers told the half dozen group of people waiting for their orders that she was “just waiting for stuff to be made.” You’d figure they’d be ready for a weekend dinner rush.
I eventually got my meal and my burritos were missing ingredients, including guacamole (which costs an additional $2.90!)
Chipotle has been slowly going down hill at every location which leads me to believe that this problem starts at the upper management. FYI you can get a much cheaper, quicker, and better burrito across the street.
