It was our first visit to Barca. We had Fish Croquettes and Batca Garlic Shrimp for appetizers which were delicious!! My husband had a special of a type of patella and I had the Bracalhau a Braz. Just like I remembered from Brazil!! We would highly recommend this place on food quality, authenticity, service and ambience!! Cannot wait to go back!!

I had the Portuguese steak, my husband had the whiskey and espresso steak, both were cooked perfectly and had plenty of flavor. The cheese and bread to start were just right. Service was friendly and food came out quick for the love that was clearly put in. Espresso was great too.

We visited on a Wednesday and were the only couple there at 6 pm until two other couples arrived about 30 minutes later; so it was very quiet. The menu choices were abundant, and our meals were excellent (Barca Seafood & Polvo a Barca). Service was friendly and timely. Yes you do pay for the bread and cheese that they offer when you sit down (just like Portugal!). We enjoyed chatting with the owner about Portugal. Definitely worth a return visit when we are in the area again in the future.

Horrible customer service !!!!Not kids friendly , asking to turn iPad off , telling the kids to low their voice and turn iPad off and if not gotta leave . Owner said they was closing at 9 but they close at 9:30 but 2 older men walked in at 9 and he decided to stay open but told us no iPad cause elderly don't like it .After spending 400 dollors .horrible birthday experience !!!!

I had the worst experience with my family on my mother’s birthday, the owner is not child friendly at all. He was very rude and was rushing my family to eat so he can shut down the restaurant when ppl were walking in after closing time. I don’t recommend this restaurant after spending over 300$ and not being satisfied and being over charged!

Food was delicious, drinks were great. I believe it's just the husband running the bar and taking care of tables while the wife is the chef. Service is a bit slow but the food and drinks and the decor make up for it.

He was very helpful in picking out wine and describing the entrees.The chorizo stuffed yucca appetizer was delicious, I wish there was a bit more sauce. The entrees were large portions and very good. The chocolate mousse was delicious! The restaurant is decorated beautifully. My only complaint was the loud obnoxious music that was playing.
