I ordered from this restaurant for the first time on UberEats and not only was the food great but so was the customer service. Shortly after placing my order I received a call from the restaurant letting me know one of the items wasn’t available and asking what option would I like to sub it with. Such a nice touch on customer service!

Very nice staff! Tasty food the bacon was delicious! Homefries could be better but at least they are real ones. Prices were about average for a good breakfast with friendly service and strong coffee!

Horrible customer service. I called 30 mins ahead of time for my order. When I got there I wasn’t given an estimated time in which my food would be ready. I had to ask after waiting 20 mins and then the answer provided from The chefs to the woman in the service area was “I don’t know.” I also observed the lady in the service area sending the pick up order slips to the back minutes after the calls were made. Poor customer service, terrible organization! Definitely do not recommend this place. 0/5!

We should have walked out when the floors were sticky and the place was empty. But we had read some good things menu looked great. The service was terrible, we had to ask for things multiple times. The food was greasy or burnt. My Greek omelette was just scrambled by eggs to with extra ingredients. The Dutch baby to was dense and chewy not really pleasant and we had to ask for our fruit and we whipped cream. The list of food error could go on. We left basically full plates and went on with our day. We are new to Fall River and we will NOT RETURN. Over $60 for three people far far out of line pricing!!!

You pass the owner walking in and out. Very personal well establish customer feeling "cozy". Huge portions you may want to have them cut back on if your not coming from the gym. My favorite the apple pancake or the four egg omelet you will want to take home.

I had a great experience at The Cozy Kettle and Wow they have delicious strawberry with whip cream crêpes I also had 2 eggs with Home fries which were cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. A very hearty meal. The service is top Notch and the waitress went above and beyond to make our experience excellent. I didn't feel rushed as there is plenty of tables or you can sit at the counter. There is plenty of parking in there parking lot. All in all I had an excellent experience you may have a wait but it's definitely worth it. And I recommend Cozy Kettle if you want an awesome breakfast....

Awful. Burned omelet on one side, raw eggs on the other. Old, cold, hard potatoes somehow managed to be even worse. Because no one ate they did not charge us for the food. However, time to get a new person in the kitchen, and fix the booths they are pretty run down.

The staff was very friendly, sat us quickly, checked in often and made sure our coffee cups were never empty. The floor in the place needed to be vacuumed pretty bad, so that was kind of of putting. I got two eggs, sausage, Portuguese sweet bread toast, and hash browns. Everything tasted like bacon, even though I didn't get bacon. I would try them again if I'm in the area, but I definitely wouldn't seek them out.

This place is terrible !! Waited almost about an hour for my food there was people that ordered before me who haven’t received there food. Another customer walked out on the place because they have been waiting much longer, the food was not good the eggs were super wet and gross

Best breakfast in YEARS!! Highly recommended this place. Server was AWESOME and very friendly. From Hershey Pa, and we had to come to Fall River Mass to get a great breakfast!! Recommend the blueberry baked pancake, small, large wayyy to large. Enjoy!!
I love this place. I always go here with my wife. The breakfast is amazing. I love the crapes with fruit and there baked apple. For lunch there clam chowder and burgers are amazing. I love the friendly waitresses and prices are on point with places like denys.

I’ve been here 3 times now, and I can no longer give this place another chance. Each time we came, the food took over 45 minutes to come out and came out with half of the plate cold and the other half hot. Great coffee though.

The inside makes the food look questionable. But the Breakfast was great the first time. The second time not as great , order was wrong but I did get a refund. A good breakfast spot in Fall River to try.
