I got 2 cheddar broccoli soups, and 1 of them was ice cold the other was warm. The Thanksgiving I got was not toasted. The hamburger subs I got were also cold as they were sitting on the counter while the employees were working on other orders instead of completing that one, I was in front of the counter watching. I stood there for several minutes before anyone even spoke to me. Terrible customer service and poor organization.

Not sure why, because there isn't a bathroom near the entrance, but this location smelled of urine.

I ordered two large steak and cheese sandwiches and was excited to eat them with my son when I got home and looked inside the sandwiches and noticed there were a lot of burnt pieces all throughout the steak. I think it might’ve had something to do with not cleaning the grill or something, but I was very, very disappointed.

I was served by Kelly on my last visit and she made my day. She was so friendly and polite. Much better than other locations I have been to. 10/10 will return just because of her.

Parking: There are plenty of spots the location is on a corner lot so there are places to park in front and on the side of the building.

First off I gotta start of saying the only reason I gave the atmosphere a 2 star is because of the amount of crackheads that pan handle out front of this location but besides that there are 3 workers there that I have met Bethany,Marcus, and I believe his name is Matt… these 3 individuals make the place feel like home! Always going the extra mile to make sure I receive the best meal/service!!! Seriously the best D’Angelos location I have ever been too!

Last night was the last time I will ever order from here This is the 2nd time in a row that my order was wrong I emailed corporate the 1st time and got no response. I called the store last night to complain and was told that it could be remade ASAP if I could go pick it up Told them I couldn't and was then told to hold for a manager The manger finally picked up (with a nasty attitude) and talked to me like I was lying about them messing up the order. He even had the audacity to ask me if they messed it up. Obviously I wouldn't have called if they didn't. He then told me that they could remake it if I wanted to go pick it up. I would have picked it up in the 1st place if it wasn't an issue He then told me it would be over an hour to have it redelivered. Excuse me?? I just waited an hour for the first order to be delivered Was then told that I could have a credit which wasn't even the price of the sub in the first place. He then popped an even worse attitude when I told him the sub cost more than that. Like it was MY fault that his employees didn't follow the directions for my order of extremely OVERPRICED subs. I emailed corporate again and still have not heard back from them. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I 100% understand that orders get messed up and that mistakes happen BUT it is all about how the situation is handled after the fact by management AND corporate.
