Ordered from site, and where it clearly asked Doordash or D'angelo I specified D'angelo (because Doordash suck) and got Doordash anyhow.
They use an ap to let you know when to be ready for delivery but the driver was 11 minutes early and dropped my FOOD outside the apartment on a busy city street...
You have my phone # but can't even text or call to say you're here (I went down early to grab mail, was literally sitting in front foyer when the driver must have dropped & dashed, he could have beeped and I would have noticed it was that close) and post a service to help with deliveries (the tracking ap) but don't even use it properly?
Love D'angelo sandwiches been ordering them since I was a kid in Dedham Ma and this is the worst service I have ever had from anything, food or UPS merchandise delivery.
Never ordering food from you again, so sad.

Order was wrong when we arrived home. Manager credited our card. Probably won't visit for awhile. If you cannot make the order as requested, why bother supporting the business.
