This has been my favorite dominos location in Fall River for the past 7 years. Unfortunately, the professionalism and food quality has gone down in the past 6 months. My husband picked up our order as usual.... we always get the same order. We order Buffalo wings which we expect them to be spicy not plain wings. The worker got upset when my husband asked for more buffalo sauce on the wings and told him that customers are not always right, get out and have a goodnight. The second guy proceeded to yell, call the cops and get him out of here. For what? For asking for more buffalo sauce? My husband offer to call the police for him if thats what he wanted. My husband is an army man who is always offering to help and nice to people. Im assuming this was all because he was black and in sweats so the workers found that to be a problem?

I order from here at least once a week for my family. You can’t beat the price, the freshness and the time you get it in. I was never a dominos fan but this location works really hard. Only pizza my husband will eat as well. For pasta, pizza and bread, it was 30 with tip. Can’t beat it. Not in this economy

I had placed an order and added the wrong pizza to the order on accident. The app unfortunately was not working so I had called to change the pizza out. Unfortunately the pizza was already on the way. Collin completely took care of the situation and displayed very good customer service and went above and beyond. He had them make my new pizza and still had it delivered to my residence a second time by Tom who was extremely kind at both drop off’s. They both displayed amazing customer service and feel they should be recognized for it. Thank you Collin and Tom for your amazing display of customer service :))

I would not recommend this dominos store . Staff was very unprofessional ..I’ve had numerous issues through the years ! I love dominos but I’ve noticed the quality of ingredients and taste vary from store to store , from pasta sauces down to the cutting . Will order dominos again just not from this particular store .

Soooo angry, last night my 17 year old went in and grabbed the pizza we ordered. First pizza was not ours so we went back and returned a Hawaiian pizza then confirmed ours which was suppose to be a Medium garlic parm extra cheese and bacon… omg when I tell you the severed us a cardboard pizza no cheese no garlic parm. Remind you I waited a hr or more for my pizza place was packed with hangry costumers. They stole my money I was angry and had 2 hangry kids I took to McDonald right after due to this bs. Service needs to be accurate this can’t happen ppl paying for good food and service and didn’t get neither.
Pizza is subpar. No extra cheese. They can’t cut a pizza if they tried. I do carside being I’ve got young children. I have to recut all the pizza everytime. Any other dominoes I go to I never have these issues. Something has to be done about this location.

Ordered from Domino's 08/01/2025 around midnight. Spent $60....food was delivered to Charlton hospital. They forgot one order. We called twice and was told they will deliver the missed order. LIES! The order we did receive was disgusting. Mac and cheese was dry...12 piece crispy bacon was inedible.....the 3 piece lava cake was disgusting ( they sent 2 orders of lava cake, we ordered one).....stuffed pepperoni was dry. I'm not sure how the chkn bacon ranch taste since they forgot it. So annoyed. Nobody was able to eat this food. We will never order from them again!!

I live up the street and no matter how much I order I end up waiting 1 hour+ each time. I usually get a small pizza and the cookie brownies I don't understand why that would take 1 hour +. Also my order was missing a whole item and my order was messed up also. The driver was really nice and was really apologetic and called the store I didn't get my missing item though.
