My food was great but the driver never rang my bell to deliver the food and i had a cash tip for them so this morning my total was updated with them adding a tip which i did not sign off on or write in so thats theft and going to be reporting it cause its illegal to sign on someone else credit card

Terrible our pizza arrived about twenty twenty five minutes after alert it was coming we live about 4 minutes away. Our food came in crushed boxes out of a trunk not at the door in the delivery bag . They put the money back on my card but we were up sick almost all night. Awful never had a problem with the food or delivery before . They need to step up their service. Below is a pic of the pizza that was ice cold look at the way it was delivered broken boxes they apparently had these boxes all night according to the restaurant.

Order a pickup pizza from Saginaw Texas dominos and it was paper thin, hardly any sauce. Just crumbled when I tried to pick it up. Horrible taste. Never going back.

always fresh and I can think of 1 time there was a mix up they gave me my food the wrong food and free pizza for next time. and they brought my correct order to me even tho I did a carry out so wen I want domino's I always come to this one

I spent $80 for 4 pizza’s with a 40-50 minute delivery. It took over 1 hour 10mins to receive. The driver had the food for 40 mins before dropping off. He obviously had other orders to deliver BUT went to the farthest location from the store first. When I tried calling the store the manager on duty was extremely rude. She yelled over the phone not wanting to say who I was speaking to. She said she was and I quote “the dam manager today tomorrow and the next day. I asked for GM number or email and she said she was also the GM”
I will never again spend my hardworking money at this establishment. I refuse to contribute to this rude sad excuse of a mangers pay check.

Hands down the best Domino's in the city people don't get mad when their delivery times are longer than usual or their pick up times are a little longer than you want to wait seriously they're busy because their customer service is great and their orders are always on point trust me coming from an old man these kid's are out there getting their's serving you they're not there cuz they're bored they're there trying to make ends meet and get by like the rest of us so thanks again to the staff at the Pleasant St Domino's you are appreciated GODBLESS YOU ALL 🙏

What a let down! For the second consecutive time I’m disappointed - the pizza quality and taste have significantly deteriorated!
Food was good but cashier cashed out the two people behind me and gave them their food and left mine sitting there. She also tried giving someone their food wrong order. She is either not trained or clueless because it wasn’t busy and she had no idea what she was doing. She looked miserable and not very friendly.

Burnt dry pizza super soggy deep dish pizza ..terrible dinner im super disappointed once again and it was supposed to come out to my car but they never came out . I wasn't feeling well but had to go in anyway . Not coming back here I dont recommend this store .
