Redeemed points, did not receive item when calling store manager was beyond rude and unwilling to resolve my issue at hand. Said wait to “see” if points return or call cooperate . On top of getting undercooked chicken (as if they don’t let them fully run through the oven completely). Customer service was horrible person I spoke to was Matt , will not order from location ever again .
Because of the manager Scott. Worked there and was fired after being hospitalized and had a note. Assistant manager and shift lead was always great! Got moved to a new location and they were worse. Trying to close shop and they are having a push up competition. They need managers and shift runners who are not children. Too young to care clearly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has the rudest employees ever. They will no longer deliver to my address after delivering pizza for the last 7 years. When asked for an explanation why, they said we were never suppose to deliver to you and then hung up. Never again will I order from any dominoes in Fall River since they are all owned by the same person and he doesn’t care about his customers.
Wanted a chourico and pineapple pizza with light sauce and light cheese, ended up with an almost totally covered pineapple pizza with very little chourico., asked for Buffalo wings and got boneless Buffalo wings, which I will definitely never order, Overall this domino's is going down hill. I need to switch to another a little bit farther than my house

This establishment is the worst one in the city in my opinion! Every time I order from there whether it’s through delivery curbside to go or in-store, they mess up my order. Then they have the nerve to tell me it’s my obligation to get back to the store for them to correct the issue, this dominoes needs a serious makeover employees food and management. They all act very entitled and talk very disrespectfully when told they’re wrong.

I messed up my order and you think they would help me fix it, no they give me an attitude and term me if I wanted chicken to pay for it I thought I did, if I bought 2 large pizza why in the world would I want a small, like thanks for the help..
We ordered a medium hand tossed pizza, it was more like a thin crust pizza, they have cut back on their dough and toppings, so sad & disappointed ☹️, all done ✅

This store actually knocks it out the park for us every time. Always fresh and is hard, even the delivery drivers aren't weird and are very friendly. I really like this location off of pleasant. It's better pizza then most the ma and pops around that haven't put a penny back into the business since its

6 out of 10 This location and franchise is ran by outgoing individuals trying their best serve OUR community the pizza here was lots of flop when picking up ingredients fall off the pizza you can observe when their making your pizza in this establishment and upon observing I noticed one thing they clean the top of the dividing case which houses all the ingredients underneath so when they clean the top they wipe dirt and dust all over the toppings that a directly underneath I would like to see plastic covering the toppings other than that looks clean you can't eat in here and there is no Public bathroom
